Overall very good, however they were unprepared when we came in to complete the transaction paperwork. It took almost 2 hours to complete the transaction.

Best car dealership we've ever been to. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming right when we first walked in. Connor V. was excellent, very personable and knowledgeable. He made buying a vehicle exciting and fun. He gave us all the time we needed. My husband and I recommend Sparta Chevy to anyone looking for a used or new vehicle.

A nice place with lots of vehicles to choose from, but we couldn't manage to buy one. The salesman was pleasant, but wouldn't come even close to the deal we eventually accepted at another dealership. My trade-in, a Jeep Wrangler, was valued at between $7,000 and $8,000 on line, more if I sold it outright, but the most they would offer was $2,500.00. The Traverse we test drove was $4,000 more than the Buick Enclave we ended up purchasing at Crippen Auto in Lansing. We ended up buying a much nicer vehicle for about $3,000 less, plus got $3,500 more in trade in, saving us thousands. Their repair service may be tops but if you're buying a car, be sure to shop carefully.

The service people at Sparta Chevy rearranged their schedule to fit me in. They were fast, courteous, and did a great job. I live about 50 miles from Sparta and there are several other dealerships closer to me, but I always drive the extra distance to Sparta so I can have my vehicles serviced by someone I trust.

Every person I came into contact with was friendly and professional. They went above and beyond by staying open over an hour after closing time to finish the paper work to complete the purchase.

We have been getting our 2009 Saturn Aura serviced at Sparta Chevrolet Saturn shut down its service facilities. We have received excellent service on the Saturn and took that into consideration when we stopped to look into the purchase of a new vehicle. We look forward to future services at Sparta Chevrolet.

The weather was cold and rainy and after looking it over I head into the show room when Jeff Hepler was headed out the door to see if I needed some help. He was very knowledgeable on the truck I was looking at and I got what I feel was a good deal on it. When I got there to pickup the truck a few days later the process to close the deal was very well handle and took no time at all. We felt no high pressure to buy anything extra and his rapport made us feel very comfortable working with him. Jeff took us out to the truck and explained to us all of the features and again his knowledge of the vehicle was shown. Thanks Jeff
