As usual, I was greeted with a big welcome and quick service to get my Enclave in the back for my oil change. The work was done within an hour and I w
as on my way back home. I chatted with Kevin Dartez for a minute then had a very good cup of coffee. The coffee was fresh and good! I saw a few friends in the waiting room who had brought their vehicles in for maintenance and had good conversations. There vehicles were ready in no time and we were all on our way. Thanks for being a place I can call home.
The sales staff at Gerry Lane were extremely courteous and overly accommodating. My wife had a specific vehicle which she was interested in buying. Th
e staff took the time to locate the exact vehicle which she had been looking for and made delivery of the vehicle after having it transported in from out of town the same day of our visit to the Gerry Lane lot. She had been searching for a mid size SUV and couldn't decide between five different makes of vehicles and finally decided on the GMC Acadia Denali after the excellent service offered during the presentation of the vehicle and because of the service offers of the vehicle after the sale, which was only offered by Gerry Lane. All of our recommendations will be for anyone needing a new vehicle to go to Gerry Lane. They will not regret their decision to purchase from Gerry Lane if they do!
Took an hour and half to get oil changed and tires rotated; and that was with an "appointment".
Non stressful!! It was a great experience. I went to dealership after researching Team National website for dearlerships and discount for 2017 Yukon.
Upon visiting the dealership I was greeted and shown several vehicles per my request. Tristan Spring Reid was very patient, showed me all the options, let me take a test drive and never rushed or pressured me for a sale. After advising I was uncertain about the purchase of SLT and needing time to think, I left feeling good. After a few weeks of thinking I would keep my 2015 vehicle, I returned to Gerry Lane for one last look; this time I asked about SLE. After some research they were able to find several, I picked the one i liked and I signed papers on Friday, August 18th. I received a call on Saturday to confirm my color, interior color and options; I was advised to expect pickup Tuesday. I received a phone call and text Monday afternoon advising, my Yukon was ready for me. I was excited. My husband arrived first and having not been involved initially, he was greeted and treated professionally and given tour of vehicle, while waiting for me. My Yukon was waiting in designated area and each employee greeted and congratulated me as I arrived. Tristan congratulated me again, gave me a walk through of all services, assisted in setting up all my options and showed me how to find and use the radio, wifi, driver setup, etc. My experience has been hands down great!! I feel very good about my purchase. I like to travel and look forward to enjoying the free oil changes.
Gary made it easy as I bought my Buick Lacrosse I love him for making it easy and I love the dealership
On our way from Mobile Al to New Iberia La for our grandsons graduation we started having issues in our New GMC 2500HD. We called Gerry Lane GMC in Ba
ton Rouge. Todd in service 'Saved The Day' he and his staff worked us right in Diagnosed the problem. He arranged for a loaner car so we could keep driving while they fixed ours. He also arranged for us to pick up our truck and return the loaner after hours so we wouldnt have to spend the night. All the staff we came in contact with were very kind and concerned. We made it to Graduation in time thanks to the folks at Gerry Lane.
The rear blower motor in the back of my Acadia went out and Gerry Lane fixed it in one day. The service was excellent and quick. Justin went above and
beyond to help me! BIG thanks to Justin and Gerry Lane!
Service department needs to do a better job scheduling and honoring appointments. When appoints are made both the customer and dealer must honor the a
ppointment, simply schedule a technician to be available at the scheduled time.
On Wednesday, April 19, 2017 my 'Check Engine' light came on with a error code of P0013 and P0014. My husband immediately took my car to Gerry Lane's
to try to have this issue repaired but was unable to do so because the technician that does that type of repair was off. I had only 20 % oil life left before next oil change so they changed my oil while they had it and Kevin with Gerry Lane told my husband to come back Tuesday, April 25, 2017 and they will fix the error codes that has the 'Check Engine ' light on and fix the recall # 25302, 'The ball joints in the windshield wiper modules may experience high corrosion and wear that could result in the separation of one or more ball joints from their sockets during wiper operation.' We've always had a great experience with Gerry Lane whether we were purchasing or servicing our vehicles. The entire group at Gerry Lane are ALWAYS very kind and knowledgeable and that's why we continue to do business with Gerry Lane. With them the customer is ALWAYS priority # 1. We LOVE Gerry Lane.
I've had an open work order ticket for over 30 days. My cars been in the shop three times with the same situation my radio is not operating correctly
with the Bluetooth and USB connector in my car. The dealership only knows how to blame my phone. I have tested my phone as well as other phones in the automobile each of which have given the same results the test of included the phones being connected via Bluetooth as well as the USB connector the Bluetooth audio calling works however the Bluetooth audio for music does not. The Bluetooth button on my dash is gray and unselectable. Along with this problem the display on my radio does not work correctly it is missing the search and track information as well as the name of the artist playing. Currently I'm dealing with GM personal in an effort to resolve the problem unfortunately I have lost all faith in GM it's engineers as well as the dealership in general and I will not recommend any GM product to anyone I know. If glancing at the radio to ensure that it is working as designed causes me to get into an accident I will happily sue GM as you have been made aware of the problem and the safety concerns that I brought up regarding distracted drivers due to incorrect operating OEM equipment.
