My transmission was sleeping and I took it to Holly Chevrolet and they told me that they could find nothing wrong, so jumped in my truck got ready to leave in the truck won't start so I went back in they boasted it off got ready to leave and didn't have any breaks so they pulled it back in the shop came back about 10 minutes later told me I need a electrical control module, he said it would cause $1,400 so I told him he must be crazy so I left went home got my wife truck went bought a new battery and it worked just fine all I needed was a battery but he was trying to charge me $1,400 for something I didn't need they are rip off they're no good mechanics in there they don't know what they're doing and guess what my transmission is still slipping so I called GMC finance they told me to take it to another dealer I told them that I called the BBB on Holly Chevrolet and they need to be investigated for ripping folks off and I still haven't got my transmission fixed yet and my truck still under warranty , I'll never buy another Chevrolet

We work heard to treat all of our customers the same, this takes a special battery it is not cheap but she was charged exactly what anyone else would have paid for that has a 2012 Cadillac SRX.
