After traveling 5 hours from GA our transmission started slipping. They were the nearest dealership to our location. Upon arriving within 30 minuets they... knew what was wrong and had us an estimate for repairs. With parts needing to be ordered they had us picked up by a rental car company and we ever got a dealer discount by using there company name. Our Yukon was finished and ready for pickup within 24 hours. Service was better and faster than expected. We really appreciate the above and beyond service we received from Jason and Jack!! We recently purchased our 16 year old his first truck for Christmas from John Donoghue which was $25,600. After giving him the truck he immediately said... the heat didn't work that good, but I thought he may have just not had the setting right. Then after a week of driving his new truck the engine light comes on. So we take it and have it looked at. We spent $568 to have the heat fixed, have it put on the machine to see what the engine light was on for (came back emissions) they then done a smoke test to see where it was coming from. After the smoke test the verdict was fuel pump. Which is costing $575. I then called John Donoghue to tell them, i told them i wasn't worried about the $568 we had already paid for the two test and heat cause it was our fault we didn't check the heat when we test drove it but that i thought they should fix the fuel pump. I voiced my opinion that i felt they had reset the engine light and after he drove it so many miles that week that it came back on. The gentleman i talked with assured me that he would see what they could do and call me back. Two days later I still hadn't got a call so i called back he (the same one i had talked to earlier) was at lunch. Was told they would have him call me back when he got back. Next day still no call. Called back now he wasn't at work. After 5 days of calling i was told they couldn't fix it for nothing that i would have to drive it there and leave it and they would fix it for a discounted price. When asked what the discounted price would be he said $65 a hour is that even a discount? I live 47 minutes away. The whole point in us spending so much money on a first vehicle for a 16 year old was so it would be dependable and not break down on him. I do not recommend anyone buy from them for i feel they are dishonest.

I had a very positive buying experience. We negotiated the deal over the phone and I went in and bought the vehicle with no issues.
Saw a truck Online called to get a quote of the price . I got pre-approved through Capital One salesman said he couldn't find my pre-approval wanted... to run my credit and it would make it easier so let them run my credit. He calls back the next day with a prices change of 8,000 dollors then when there was a discrepancy the supervisor got involved also told me lies about somebody came and put a deposit on the truck and was sold. The truck is still at the dealership never sold I was told I would get a call back a week later they would have another truck for me never heard anything back so I have more inquiry on my credit for nothing . Took my car in tone looked at for a problem and was told no one can get to it today should you like to schedule for a appointment. I scheduled the appointment... and had to wait over a hour before I got up to question why no one has seen my car. I requested my keys so I can go to another dealer. They said they should get someone to look at it in a few minutes. Gentlemen came to take on test ride just for them to reschedule me agin to look at the problem. Will not return.. What was the purpose of the appointment.
It was a pleasure working with Sherri. She found the car that fit our needs and made sure we were smiling ear to ear upon delivery. Sherri Buffkin is the BEST! I even met some of the service staff. Fast financing, great experience all together. I will be back. The Pope and Mr.Donoghue... are pretty great, too! I had NO IDEA they would be as nice as they were. I have been to other dealerships over the years (didn't get anything), I have NEVER been treated this well by a group of folks who are professional but definitely not cold. EVERYBODY is nice! That's GREAT customer service and a great experience. 5 stars cross the board from me! I'm getting 40 MPG, smiling as I pass the gas stations.
