Paul Thigpen Cheverolet and Ford

Good dealership,friendly and easy to talk too.My grandson bought a truck from them and is pleased with it and it's performance. Gives him great service.

Dentist

The sales person would say he would call us back and we even said listen we want to buy a suburban and you have what we want so please call us back. He never did. We would have to call him back. He was not interested in making a sale at all. We did buy a suburban and was given a temporary tag which expired 2/10/20 and we have never received our tag. They don't take care of details at all. I have left numerous messages and have not gotten a phone call back concerning our tag!! I don't know why I though I would received a call.

I was a little early for my appointment to have my oil changed but they got me in and took care of me fast. They had washed my car and only vacuumed out the driver side. I found this a little odd. Goes back to the saying "if you do a job, do a good job!" I would have thought they would have vacuumed the whole car. I was happy that they did the one side though. I would have thought that an :"excellent customer experience" would have been you did the whole car.

Gavin my sales guy was very friendly and helpful, I was not able to purchase a new truck so he helped me get a 2018.After my purchase I had to call him back about a couple of things and he promptly call me back a few minutes later. He's probably one you would want to keep in your employment.

I will never make this mistake again

We decided on a Silveraido crew 1500 the salesman was not aware that the truck we wanted did not qualify for the available discounts. We discussed these discounts prior to even looking at the available trucks. This caused a lot of confusion and my spouse felt like we were being taken advantage of. We agreed to purchase a different truck that qualified for the discounts. Our salesman kept disappearing and had to be located multiple times. I filled out forms and was told my credit would not be checked until we decided to move forward with the purchase. He was out of the room five minutes and I started receiving notifications on my phone that my credit had been accessed. We traded or 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk and had to get the consumer protection agency involved in order to get the existing loan paid off. It took multiple calls to have the registration electronically processed. I will never set foot in a Thigpen dealership again. Not one person took responsibility to solve our challenges. Dealing with everyone was extremely frustrating and challenging. That was when you could speak to a live person, not one voicemail was ever returned.
