This is twice this same event has has happened in 1 year. However this time, i was told the car was fixed and i could pick it up the next morning. Upon... pick up, the problem was still there, the battery was dead and was eventually replaced at no charge. When i called later to ask why the the battery failed again. I was told that it was considered fixed by Cadillac standards. I then asked so why did it happen again overnight and there must have been something that led to the repeat failure. I could accept everything that was done and said until the statement was made that , "I didn't purchase the vehicle there, did i?" The fact is, yes, i did purchase my vehicle there but more importantly, what does that matter? Is the new car warranty only applicable at the dealership the vehicle wss purchased from?
