So just let me start by saying mr ed Daniels was the best sales person I have ever dealt with!!!! A1 service !! So very helpful courteous and caring We love our trail boss LT Silverado. It is a beautiful vehicle and he helped us the whole time from beginning to end. I will never buy another vehicle anywhere else even if I move, I’ll come back and buy from him.!!!! boy, I wish every owner of every company worked as hard as that man did for us # DANIELS #1.

Daniels Chevrolet delivered the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I was looking at the same model truck close to home but ed daniels got me a much better deal, so I traveled 350 miles to deal with him. all my concerns and questions were answered promptly by Mr. ed. I was picked up at the airport in Savanah by mr Danny and he hapilly delivered me to the daniels dealership it was a great trip. The vehicle i purchased was a used one but mr ed had it looking like brand new. I will certainly be looking at Daniels Chevrolet for any other vehicles I may purchase. I dealt with Ed Daniels, he was supper responsive when i was interested in a truck. Went and look at it and bought it even with a slight vibration. Was told it was due to the tires flat spotting from sitting. After driving 6 hrs home the vibration hadnt gone away and took it to my local tire shop. Thats when i found out the tires were only rated for SUVs and light trucks and were over inflated by 25 psi so the tire sensors on the truck wouldnt go off. Had to buy new tires within a week of owning the truck. After 3 days of trying to get ahold of Ed to see if there was anything they could do i got ahold of him and then he hasnt returned a call since.

We recently purchased a 2023 Traverse RS from Daniels Chevrolet and Me. Ed Daniels was so helpful. We told him what we were looking for and he found us one and he had it at his dealership the next day. It was just what we wanted and we drove it home that afternoon! He was so kind and courteous to us and very patient and made every effort to get us what we wanted! We are very pleased with his services and will buy from him again. We love our 2023 Traverse RS ! A week or so went by and Mr. Ed called me saying that he had found me a Tahoe. It was a 2018 but he did not have it on the lot yet. As soon as it got there, a couple days, he sent me a video text of the Tahoe and said it was there and I could come on down and look it over and test drive it. I worked with Ed Daniels over the phone to buy a 2021 Ford F350 dually, over $60k. Asked many many questions, many point inspection, truck gone over by service. All that is Bull. I got the truck delivered, it got to my house with front lower air xxxx ripped off, a rear ripped off mud flap, non working automatic tailgate, missing rear center cap, mud caked so thick under the truck that the frame rails are full of mud. After driving the truck off the transport, it quit running in five minutes and has not started since and that’s been 2 days, talked to Ed Daniels who passed me off to his service guy who said “ let me call you back” never to hear back from any of the Daniels crew. I bought from a dealership online counting on their professionalism and got the opposite. This is my experience with them. Didn’t expect that. I’m a business owner and medical professional and understand how to treat people and work with people, Daniels needs to get your stuff together and not let happen to anyone else.

My husband and I just bought a Tahoe from Mr. Ed Daniels. He went above and beyond to help us get to where we needed to purchase this car. He was quick with responses and just a kind man.

I purchased a 2022 chevy 6500. I sent my Driver to pick it up. I got it back to Arizona they only sent on key and fob. I requested the second Key right away they told me it's in the mail. Still no key. I noticed the 6500 emblem and the silverado emblems on the passenger side were missing I thought it was odd and the driver side had mass over spray on the whole Driver side I have reached out a couple of time with no answers. Not a great experience there
