    At first the experience was good until I drove off the lot and my drive home (an hour) the check engine light came on. They did immediately want to fix it. But that took 3 weeks. I got the car back to drive it again for the check engine light to come back on. That time they had it for maybe 2 weeks and when I got it back nothing was done no paperwork was given to me. They took it back again due to the light again. But that time I had front end damage done to my car!!!! They tried to tell me it wasn't noticed when I was purchasing it but my pictures of when I brought it home prove otherwise. Now they refuse to do anything for me even tho I have to file a claim due to the damages and my insurance is now the price I pay for the car monthly. I'm not only disappointed but shocked at how it's been 2 months and the GM still has yet to call me back. I will never tell anyone to go here for a car.

We took your off brand vehicle to another dealership for warranty claims. I apologize it took as long as it did. I have tried reaching you multiple times without success and you also have a relative here that could reach me if needed. We have reviewed our photos and there was not damage at delivery. I am truly disappointed that you are frustrated and my door is almost always open for discussion. We do appreciate your business and you got a great deal on your vehicle.     The status updates were appreciated along with the offers of bottled water, which is such a nice welcome touch. Everything is so nice and clean, including the bathrooms. Watching the beautiful flat screen TV made the time fly by while the car repairs were being made.
