    We have been searching for a heavy duty dually to tow our camper and drove over three hours to Bill Dodge. We were greeted by John C who showed us the... GMC truck we came to see. While we were there we asked to see the new models as well. We test drove 2 of them and spent quite a bit of time poking around and asking questions. John was knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to work with. He was never pushy, instead, he asked questions to help us find the truck that would best suit our needs. We purchased the one we drove up to see. I wish we lived closer so we could take advantage of their service department but it's just too far to travel. I highly recommend The Bill Dodge dealership, especially, John C. They made sure we didn't have to make another trip up there and we left the same day, with our new truck. Their pricing was fair, their trade offer was fair and we are completely satisfied with our purchase.

    They called back quickly, always yad great answers to my questions. The employees are very nice, patient and understanding. They don't pressure you into... buying a vehicle if you're not quite ready to pick one on that particular day. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone looking to buy a car and that's saying a lot because my close friends are car salesmen at other dealerships!

    DROPPED CAR OFF TWICE FOR THE SAME PROBLEM, WAS ABLE TO FIX TWICE, HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM LESS THAN A YEAR LATER, IS THE PART UNDER COVERED FOR A YEAR?... WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE, WILL MAKE AN APPT TO SEE IF SOMETHING IS MAKING THE SAME PROBLEM AGAIN, ITS THE SAME CODE P0442?

    I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a no pressure, very accommodating, and friendly car purchasing experience. I recently... purchased a new BMW from Bill Dodge BMW. Joe greeted me at the door, and he was very patience while showing me the new X2s and X3s. We took them out for a few test drives, and I decided on one. I soon found out that he was a car genius, but he would have made a fine car salesman instead. I soon talked with Bob and Neshti about my intention of purchasing a new vehicle. Both of them were very accommodating, while making sure that I would get the best deal for the car I wanted to purchase and for me to drive it out of the lot the very same day. Keep in mind that I came to the dealer near closing time. Bob and Neshti stayed back late to help me with the deal without any complaints. It would be reasonable to mention Matt as well, financial manager, who made sure all paperwork was in good order for a speedily paperwork signing process well beyond closing time. I did come back to talk with Bob and Neshti about the new car the next business day. I wanted to make some major changes to the new car, and to my surprise Bob made happen and I could not be happier with my new car. Neshti was great with my boys while they were running around inside the building. Overall, I had a great experience at Bill Dodge BMW. I could have bought a car anywhere else, but I was glad I chose Bill Dodge BMW instead. The staff made it a great experience and I felt no pressure whatsoever. Bob was great so was Neshti. Don’t take my words for it, give them a chance to see it for yourself if you are in search for either a new or old car. The facilities could have been better for a BMW dealership, and that was why I gave it a four star rating. Customer service is outstanding nonetheless.

    As car dealerships go, this was a pleasant experience. We had done lots of research so we were pretty well prepared. However BMW has decided that certain... features are only available as part of a larger package so you have to pay for features you do not want in order to get the ones you do want. Not the dealer’s fault. Our salesman worked hard to try to get the system to yield the most features we wanted for thr lowest overall price. No pushing. No pressure. All of the decisions were ours’. He presented options. The financing got screwed up by BMW, but they recovered. We are still trying to figure our all of the buttons but the Genius will help us out. Nice touch.

    This is the second time I have had my CTS serviced here and will continue to travel the extra miles due to the amazing service. The mechanics are always... on thier game making sure your car is safe. And a big shout out to the service desk employees. Bob and Monica are so kind and helpful in meeting all your needs.
