Will not have service done again
Tech did not tighten the lug nuts on my tire after rotating. Got on highway and lug nuts started flying off due to only having 1 thread holding them on. Pulled over to find out that not a single lug nut was tight.. or even snug. I am amazed the 35” wheel did not come off and have someone behind be run over it at 75mph. This dealership should have better (or some) quality control so this doesent happen to anyone else. This could have easily been a catastrophe with possible injury or death.

Fixing my Duramax
The service department got my Duramax one ton in the same day I called , as for I stressed that this was a commercial vehicle and needed it ASAP.i dropped it off at 1 pm and had a call at 430 that day as to come pick it up it was completed,please note I did not buy the viechels from them nor have I bought any viechels from them, this was a call of need as for my dealer couldn't even see the truck for some time

Do not get your vehicle fixed as they will not guarantee their repairs. their warranties are non existent and they have horrible customer service. Once your vehicle leaves this facility you will be finding yourself with more work needing to be done. Management will not answer your calls and will not help you resolve your issue. They overcharge and do not guarantee their work.
