1yr after my purchase I had to replace the exhaust. 1.5 yrs from my purchase I had to replace all 4 tires. 2yrs. After purchase I’ve had engine work done.... 2.5 hrs after purchase I had exhaust problems again. Is it unreasonable to think that tires and exhaust should last just a little bit longer than 2.5 years? !
They sold my son a car that he drove off the lot with the check engine light on the abs light on and traction control light on. How was this car legally... inspected? He has had this car back there 3 times in six months and they have jerked us around every time. They just keep telling us it i a 30 year-old car with 50,000 miles on it ok basically that is just broken in in my opinion. They have not gone out of their way at all to offer good service. They told us they do not fix his kind of car there. why would you sell this car then if you can't repair it. They totally ripped him off he is 21 years old and is paying for a car for 6 years that is nit reliable and does not run and they don't care. Please do not purchase a care from this sketchy dealership. I am considering reporting this to the ny state inspection board .

We purchased a new 2012 Chevy Equinox and when we tried to negotiate the price based on a Rockwell Simmons Ad were told basically that their ad was not... considered legitimate and after the purchase we picked up the car and were lied that you could not wax the car and had to purchase some type of sealant for the paint. I am a GM guy but will not go there again. I have also have had good result with Bob Johnson and Simmons Rockwell. Go GM but not here
Not a good experience at all walked around the show room for 10 minuts no one at the front desk no one came and asked us if they could help us and 3 or... 4 employees seen us walking around finally when some one came to us to see if we have been helped and we said no he was apologetic but then we started talking about the vehicle we were interested in he said we couldnt get it for the price it was advertised for and tried to talk us in to somthing that we told him we had no interest in

Somehow you m...ust have slipped through the cracks and left ungreeted for too long. That is a very rare occurrence, we promise. In regards to not giving you the advertised price, sometimes that can happen when the rebates or qualifications don't align as you initially think they would. It's an unfortunate circumstance when the vehicle you have your eyes on is a higher price point than you anticipated, but that's why we try and redirect you to a vehicle that we think will be a better fit. You turned down the suggested vehicle and that's perfectly okay as the customer. We wish you luck in your vehicle search and we hope you come back so we can show you that this experience you had with us was not the norm. -Summit
In my lifetime (I'm 62 years old) I've purchased 20 new vehicles. I've never been jerked around at a dealership like I was at this one. It took me days... to get my interest rate on the loan (it changed several times). I had to give them a $100 deposit to submit my credit application to the lenders and I was told that I was ineligible for a rebate because of my zip code when the rebate was a nationally advertised rebate. My advice is to avoid this place!
