From our first visit to do a test drive to our second visit for talking and paperwork, we felt no pressure and received all information we needed to make a decision. My husband and I worked with Jake Simard, who was professional and friendly. We felt in control the whole time and guided by Jake when needed. The financial sit down was smooth as well. Simple questions and answers about what we wanted to add and no push back when we said no. It was the fastest leasing experience we've ever had at a dealership. We were impressed and left feeling very satisfied with how it came together.

The deal was clearly defined on paper and there was just enough follow-up to indicated they were interested in selling the vehicle, but not so much that I felt pushed or hounded.
