First of all let me say I have bought 4 cars from here over the past years. I am a veteran and I served my country proudly. What happened to me here is... pure disgraceful. I brought my car in for a simple oil change and while I was there I had them check my battery. They said it would be a charge 99 dollars for the diagnostic. I said that would be fine. After my vehicle was finished they told be my battery was fine. I paid the bill and left. While driving away from dealership I noticed my radio would not power on. This was the week of Thanksgiving so I was leaving town the next day so I waited until I got back to town to make the service call. My radio was working just fine when I brought it to the dealer for the oil change and battery test. I brought car back in and they said that a test on all the modules and components of the system needed to be done. They did the test and found that my internal HMI is bad. Total cost would 1200 dollars. They told me they would have to order part. Long story short. I still have no power to radio and paid close to 500 for test.I only had this vehicle for little over a year. This is not right because my radio was working fine when I brought it there. You can believe if this is not solved I will tell everyone I know to Boycott this dealership.

I'm a fair person, however if you enjoy having a running diesel truck, I highly recommend you find someone else to work on it. To this day I'm... still dreading the fact I ever brought my truck to them and paid them $4,000 to replace my CP3 injection pump. I could have put a performance pump in for a fraction of that price. The diesel tech was careless and cracked/broke several internal components responsible for building and maintaining boost pressure, messed up my oil pressure wire and was basically the biggest hack known to anyone who knows anything about diesel trucks. Instead of the dealership owning their mistakes, because my truck was "towed" in for "supposed" CP3 failure and performance mods that have nothing to do with what happened, I ended up buying a turbo, y bridge and numerous other parts and thousands and thousands of dollars later I still haven't completely fixed my truck. They blamed me for everything and wouldn't listen to me when I pleaded my case of how my truck was perfectly fine before it had fuel leaking from the high pressure line. I promise you I am not bashing them, but giving a 100% honest review. If you want proof, I have all my receipts from them and also for all the parts I have had to replace due to their negligence and it has put a serious hurting on my wallet!! I also have pictures of some of the hack work they performed on my truck. I contacted big GM and they said they have to side with the dealership because they are the experts on the ground...definitely not at all. Stay away if you're a diesel owner!!

Was quick and easy. Darrell got the perfect vehicle for us on the first try. Will be back in the future for our third.
Avoid at all costs(it will actually probably be cheaper elsewhere) Took my truck to get serviced and the radiator replaced. They did all that and broke... my air conditioning . Took it back they said they would fix it and it has been more than two months. They never call you back, Hollie my service rep says she will and doesn't. Even worse she speaks in a condescending manner. For having a slogan of "Nice people to do business with" they have the worst customer service experience on top of breaking my truck. Do not take your vehicle unless you too want to suffer all summer.
What's the point of making an appointment if they won't value your time. Showed up 10 min before my appointment, just an oil change and tire rotation.... They told me 60-90 min total, it was 90 min before they even drove my truck into the back!! Then 2 hours later they return it to me. So a simple 60 min service took almost 3.5 Hours! I could of done the whole thing myself in 60 min and I would have if it hadn't been under warrantee. Avoid the service department at all cost, they don't care about their customers at all! I should of drove it to Syracuse where I bought it, would have been faster. Will never come here again for anything.
I had my 014 Chevrolet Impala in to watertown dealership three(3) times to repair the same problem. 1st I was told that I needed a new set of tires because... the outer tread on the tires was causing the ABS and anti skid lights to activate. 2 nd time I was told the sensor for anti skid system was defective. Still had the same problem on the 3rd visit- this time I was told that the new sensor was defective. I also found that a steel bracket had been removed in the area of the sensor and was NOT reinstalled. I also found that the wiring harness that goes to the left front sensor was literally hanging down under the lower control arm. All of this centered around the left front wheel. After taking the car to another dealer they replaced the LF wiring harness. No more problem. This repair started out as covered under warranty but by the time the repair was made I had to pay the other dealer. They said that the wires inside the harness had been cut and I have it in writing!!!!!!!
Said they would take care of me and delivered. vehicle was ready when promised and did an excellent job. Would recommend to a friend.
