Fuccillo's GM Service Department in Adams, NY 13605 had the worst costumer service I have ever experience. I schedule an appointment on 2 June 2018... for 9 June 2018 to have a differential seal replaced on my Silverado. Costumer service was supposed to contact me the following business day and give me a general estimate on parts and labor. Their service rep Patrick call me the following business day and requested my VIN so he could prepare the estimate. He said he would call me back after lunch with a quote, but he never did. I call back around 4:00 PM the same day, and he stated he still did not have an estimate yet and he would call me back first thing in the morning. The next day I did not get a call. So, I called Patrick back in the afternoon again. Patrick stated he did not have an estimate busy, but he would call me back tomorrow. This morning I show up at Fuccillo's GM in Adams, NY 13605 for my appointment, and Patrick is there to greet me. Patrick states that I do not have an appointment. I informed Patrick that I have an appointment for 8:00 AM this morning. Patrick stated he had no record of it. I went back to my house got my appointment card that was given to me by the young lady that scheduled my appointment and brought it back to Patrick. Patrick stated it did not have his name on it and he did not care. I stated that the appointment card had Fuccillo GM name on it. If you are unable to give an estimate, be a professional, let the customer know. If you cancel an appointment, be a professional, and let the customer know, if a customer has an appointment card for your service department with someone else's name on it, you do not tell the costumer that you don't care because it not my name on it. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH FUCCILLO AGAIN. AT ANY DEALERSHIP, IN ANY CITY, IN ANY STATE.

Ed did an excellent job he made this process very easy I would come back again and again I was actually a customer in 2007 and he made the process very... simple we did most of it through phone calls and text messaging and I couldn’t be happier I will recommend him over and over again

Mike was absolutely excellent. First car buying experience and he surely made it a great won! He went above and beyond to make the deal happen, I was able... to contact him about any questions I had even when he wasn't working, he followed up with me to make sure I was completely satisfied, sat in the new car with me and explained every button and gadet to me, hooked up my blue tooth and he's just absolutely fanatstic! I purchased a 2016 Coachman Class C motorhome on a Chevrolet cutaway chassis from an RV dealer in Texas in April. In May while driving through Watertown,... NY, the "check-engine" light came on. I drove it to Fuccillo Chevrolet in Adams after having been turned away from at least two other Chevrolet dealerships. I assumed that Fuccillo would do the same, and that I would be compelled to drive hundreds of miles to either Syracuse or Rochester to find a GM dealer willing to look at my issue. Instead, Fuccillo (and service writer, Erin) welcomed me with open arms. Took my coach right then even though I didn't have an appointment. While I waited, they determined the problem, reset the error code, reprogrammed the ECM as part of a nation-wide recall, and informed me that GM offered two free oil changes and a tire rotation as part of the new vehicle purchase, and that they would be glad to do it when I was ready. The check engine light returned a few weeks later. I made an appointment, Fucillo Chevrolet took the coach, and determined the problem was a GM part with a long back-order delay. Fucillo happily stored my coach on their premises until the part came in, and replaced it. "Good service with a smile" is one thing. "Good service with a smile" on a vehicle no one else wants to cope with is another thing entirely. Thank you.
