I took my vehicle in 8/24/2020 for a diagnostic to determine why my transmission wasn’t shifting properly. After paying $105 for a diagnostic I was told... that the TCM and vehicle wiring harness were ok but further troubleshooting needed to be done. I was quoted 2 hours labor for further troubleshooting so I agreed. After the troubleshooting was completed I was told that the transmission input speed sensor was bad and that repairs would be $1600. After I declined the repairs my vehicle transmission pan was reinstalled and fluid filled. I was told the charge was $475. I disputed the bill with the service manager and the total was reduced to $356.67. I purchased a rebuilt transmission and had it installed just to find that I had the same shifting issues. After further troubleshooting it was determined that the TCM was bad after all. What a horrible experience

A couple of days ago, we took my husbands truck into Fuccillo's in Adams NY for repairs. While we were there, I met a really nice young man named Bud Smith.... I mentioned, in the spring we would probably be back for a new truck, we hadn't been able to find what my husband was looking for but as it happened Bud found exactly what we wanted. Most important, while we were filling out the paperwork for the new truck, I received a call that my mom was being taken to St. Joseph's hospital in Syracuse and I needed to get there. We had already turned over our truck but our "new" truck was not ready. The staff handed us a set of keys to a beautiful Jeep Cherokee so we could get to the hospital ASAP. We love Fuccillos from the sales staff to the service department, they really understand the importance of family and to me, that's HUGE!

I highly recommend this service department for vehicle repair, even if you don't own a GM product....The facilities are clean, the personell friendly and... the service department awesome....Charles is the best mechanic on the planet and Erin is the best service writer.....Any service I need is handled flawlessly. This dealership will be at the top of my list when looking for a new Chevrolet..

Fuccillo's GM Service Department in Adams, NY 13605 had the worst costumer service I have ever experience. I schedule an appointment on 2 June 2018 for... 9 June 2018 to have a differential seal replaced on my Silverado. Costumer service was supposed to contact me the following business day and give me a general estimate on parts and labor. Their service rep Patrick call me the following business day and requested my VIN so he could prepare the estimate. He said he would call me back after lunch with a quote, but he never did. I call back around 4:00 PM the same day, and he stated he still did not have an estimate yet and he would call me back first thing in the morning. The next day I did not get a call. So, I called Patrick back in the afternoon again. Patrick stated he did not have an estimate busy, but he would call me back tomorrow. This morning I show up at Fuccillo's GM in Adams, NY 13605 for my appointment, and Patrick is there to greet me. Patrick states that I do not have an appointment. I informed Patrick that I have an appointment for 8:00 AM this morning. Patrick stated he had no record of it. I went back to my house got my appointment card that was given to me by the young lady that scheduled my appointment and brought it back to Patrick. Patrick stated it did not have his name on it and he did not care. I stated that the appointment card had Fuccillo GM name on it. If you are unable to give an estimate, be a professional, let the customer know. If you cancel an appointment, be a professional, and let the customer know, if a customer has an appointment card for your service department with someone else's name on it, you do not tell the costumer that you don't care because it not my name on it. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH FUCCILLO AGAIN. AT ANY DEALERSHIP, IN ANY CITY, IN ANY STATE.
Ed did an excellent job he made this process very easy I would come back again and again I was actually a customer in 2007 and he made the process very... simple we did most of it through phone calls and text messaging and I couldn’t be happier I will recommend him over and over again
