Ford Ranger Review

When we came in to get our truck we were greeted with friendly energetic faces. Sam and Stephanie instantly jumped in to entertain our children while we chatted and the fact you guys told us a little bit about your own life and children made the experience more personal and welcoming. It was the best experience we have received and we will be back when it's time for another vehicle!!!

Professional and Friendly service

Everyone was so friendly and concerned that i get the service that was needed for my vehicle. All necessary repairs were discussed with me prior to the work being done to my truck. Although, one more, 'Well, this is what we found...' and i might have entertained the idea of trading up! The 'Lounge' area was perfectly comfortable for my 4 hour wait. Coffee and cookies were an added delight, especially since the pancakes were a no-show. my check engine light still comes on and the SRV TMP message still flashes, BUT, the brakes work great and no ABS message anymore. thanks for the dligence of your service crew in finding the problems with my truck and fitting me in to the schedule.
