    The sales staff at Pat O'Brien in Westlake, Ohio is fantastic. My family has bought two vehicles from Jenna within two months. She worked very hard... to locate vehicles that would suit our needs, while maintaining our price point. There was absolutely no pressure or intimidation experienced during our negotiations. If you are looking for a new Chevrolet or a certified pre-owned vehicle with a General Motors warranty, I highly recommend talking with Jenna.

    I highly recommend buying a vehicle at Pat O'Brien Chevrolet in Westlake. Ryan Conway was great and made our buying process quick and easy and found us... the perfect SUV for our growing family. Our finance man Donnie was also a pleasure to work with. I am so happy with my new vehicle.

    I came in for an oil change. It was pointed out that the tires on my wifes' 2009 Impala were dry rotted and dangerous. I was shown tire brands and... I chose one to replace the 4 bad ones. I was given a ride home so I didn't have to wait at the dealership. All in all, it was a good experience.

    Ken Cole was a great salesman to work with. I almost bought a truck from Ganley Ford west. Ken and his hard work put me in a chevy instead. He was much... more accommodating then the salesman at the Ford dealership. I love this truck!

    Very easy purchase transaction - sales representative was helpful and informed. Finance manager was professional and friendly. Financing went smoothly.... Dealership was very fair with the trade-in. Website was very helpful - found the Suburban we wanted in less than five minutes.

    My whole experience of leasing a car for the first time was vey positive. My salesperson, Jenna, did a very fine job of getting me right away to a car... that fit the description of what I wanted. She took the time to explain thing to me that I needed to know.
