The Best

Greenwood Hubbard is the Best!! Whether I go for basic service(brakes or oil changes), major repairs, or buying a new car...I am always treated well. Even when my sales person is busy, the other employees offer me a coffee or just friendly conversation. We keep going back, because there is no reason to look elsewhere...

A Problem with my pickup ............

I had a problem with my 2008 Colorado , Problem found and they gave me a price for repairs , Even gave me a NEW PICKUP to take home while I waited ............ABSOLUTELY PERFECT - THANK YOU ! ! !

I called greenwood for a quote on a vehicle we agreed on a price i went to the showroom and signed papers at the last minute the sales manager came out and tbob Williams s more than he told me, that he screwed up and he wanted me to pay more for it his comment was ?it?s only a few more dollars a months what?s the big deal. I told him since we agreed on a price and the mistake was his fault he should take the loss he said no way so Poland ohio

great service very clean facility

First time there service was excellent someone greeted me as soon as I got out of my car told salesman what I was there too look at he got keys showed me vehicle and I asked him too run some numbers . He showed me where coffee was and waiting area and told me too make myself at home just give him few minutes . That's the way it should be . First time there very very good experience/ nice dealership treated me nice and I wasn't there to buy a chevy . Would definitely go back no pressure will definitely recommend

Service folks always Helpful

Van is still on the road(with all the terrible roads) with 190,000 miles. Wow!! Thanks to Greenwood Service Department and the free Coffee...

Awesome Service

Everything from start to finish has been amazing. Corri made sure I had a rental so I could go about my day and get things done. Kyle in sales always makes sure I am taken care of and I would only go to him for any future purchases.

Best Local Corvette Dealer

New Lease

Dan Loughry our salesman was outstanding! This was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. He was honest and to the point and had such a knowledge of the Traverse, it was awesome! I have already told everyone I know to go to Greenwood Hubbard and work with Dan.

Horrible customer service

I purchased a used car, I was told my finance charge was one percentage rate but after checking my paper work 7 months later myvrate is actually 7% higher. Why didn't I read the paperwork? Maybe because I was rushed through the signing of my purchase, I scheduled an appt for noon, I explained that I would be on my lunch hour and would have to be back to work at 1. However my finance person, a male, had a customer with him and assured me that it wouldn't be long. 40 minutes later I get to talk to him, rushing through the paperwork because he has now caused me to be late to work. Forward 7 mos. I call to question the difference in int rate. Kenny answers the phone. He asks what I needed and proceeded to tell me that he didn't want to get involved and that I would have to speak to Josh my salesman, he says (covering the phone) "Josh whats your extension, hey what's your extention" Kenny patches me through to Josh, who he just talked to, and I get his voice mail. I hang up and call back. Who ever answered the phone did not say a word. I heard the phone being jostled in someone's hand and then I hear a man say "Josh what's your extention again? And you do not want this call ha ha ha" I said hey I can hear you, but he already put me through to Josh. Josh answered I asked him who answered the phone, he said "kenny" I then asked for the manager, who assured me that this would be handled and that the salesmen would be talked to about this. I was so humiliated and belittled by these salesmen, not to mention being ripped off by the dealership. I understand that my credit score was fair, but I was treated with no respect. I would never buy a car there again and would not recommend Greenwoods Hubbard Chevrolet to anyone. I would not treat people that I come in contact with at my job with such disregard , I guess I just expect the same every where else. What a let down boys.

Fast easy professional

My experience at greenwood Hubbard Chevy was a 10 from start to finish. I started by browsing the website and found a few cars I liked. Sure was easy to navigate and problem free. I sent an email expressing interest and was immediately answered and set up an appointment to come in and test drive. Arrived at the showroom and was met by Adam who walked me through all aspects with aplomb, class and charisma. Treated me fairly and listened to my concerns. Willing to go above and beyond to meet my requirements for payment A+. Helpful and funny. Then got to meet Mick the financier. Wow was he fast and accurate and professional. I was in and out of there with my new car within 2 hours! Highly recommend this dealer and Adam to anyone interested in getting an easy no hassle no pressure car buying experience. Highly pleased by all aspects will be returning in the future and will recommend to everyone.
