    Very friendly and professional. The salesman Henry listened to what my requirements were and found the vehicle that fit my needs. I was given a good explanation of On Star (and was linked up)and the function to tie my cell phone into the system. Great experience.

    Everything has went as planned with service and the sale was pretty quick and nothing was hidden cost that I found and price was the best I found on a truck and I live two hours away and go back for another if and when I need another vehicle

    The service representative immediately greeted me upon my arrival and check in was quickly completed. During the servicing of my vehicle, he gave me a call to advise of maintenance service that was needed. This visit was very efficiently handled from beginning to end.

    BY I WAS DRIVING 2 1/2 HOURS TO THE DEALERSHIP. I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO DOING BUSINESS WITH THE LADY I HAD BEEN TALKING TO YET ALONG ALREADY KNEW MY INFORMATION AND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. WHEN I GOT THERE I WAS STARED AT FOR 15 MINUTES BEFORE ANYBODY ASKED ME FOR HELP. THEN NOT GIVING ME THE PERSON I ASKED FOR I GOT SOMEBODY I HAD TO DO EVERYTHING BACK OVER PLUS HE GOT THE WRONG VEHICLE AT FIRST I HAD TO DO IT OVER AGAIN. I HAD TO GO TO SECU FOR THEM TO FINANCE IT AND WE WENT WITH ME AND HE FORGOT ALL THE PAPERWORK AND ASKED ME WHY DIDN'T I GET THE PAPERWORK WHICH I FELT LIKE THAT'S NOT MY JOB TO DO YOUR JOB. SO AFTER COMING BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP WE SAT IN HIS ROOM FOR AN HOUR WAITING ON HIM HE NEVER CAME IN AND SAID STILL WAITING OR NOTHING. THE SERVICE WAS THE WORST THAT I WOULDN'T EXPECT FROM AN BIG FRANCHISE

    Wow! Great Customer Service to be had here. Purchased my new 2016 Chevy Colorado Saturday from Roderick at Modern Chevy. He was very professional and took care of all my needs. The dealership didn’t have any of those high pressure sales tactics everything was straight forward. I felt I paid a fair price for the Colorado. All the employees in site seemed to be happy and smiling, a sign of a good place to work. Andrea in finance did a great job showing me a few very good options that made sense to me. Still no pressure here. As I was leaving the manager Jeff, thanked me for buying the Colorado. After everything is said and done, this should be the place that everyone should buy their next car or truck. Buying my Colorado here made me think of the fact that Modern has been in business a long time. I remember when I was a kid they were in downtown Winston. Thanks Modern Chevrolet for giving me such a great truck buying experience.
