Great service from Shane

Shane helped us order our new truck. He was friendly and helpful and gave good advice! It took Chevrolet many months to get it done and my husband would call Shane monthly for updates. He was ALWAYS friendly and willing to share information. When we picked up the truck he made purchasing it easy, then took time to show us some features. We traveled 325 miles to do business at Northern Motors, and all in all they were much nicer to deal with than dealers in the Twin Cities.

Worst dealership around!

The manager Shane was absolutely terrible! We drove from an hour away, the car wasn’t even warmed up yet, he made us clean the windshield off to test drive, and when the tire pressure light came on acted like it was the biggest inconvenience to fill them before we drove it. To top it off, told us that we should sell our current car to a different dealership and only buy from them. Will never give this place a dollar or another second of our time.

don’t buy

I bought my car from them back in January, I’ve had nothing but issues with it. Whenever I call them they always hang up on me, I’m always nice with them but they don’t want my money.

Great place to buy a new car

Just wanted say thanks to Shane , I had a great buying experience and it was mostly done vie texting. I had lots of questions and he was quick to respond and answered all my questions. We came from two hours away on a week day and was willing to stay late for us. When we got there everything was quick and easy and out the door.. Love the Truck, Shane thanks..

Repair shock

Was quoted 250. With labor For repair,had my car for 1.5 hours from drop off to pickup and bill was 389.! Parts and materials 170. Tax 11.56 and labor 210.00 ,Is labor really 200.00 per hour??? I think I should have been informed before he proceeded .

Didn?t fix warranty issue

My 2016 Colorado is blowing cold air on high heat and I get told `that?s normal?. It was just as cold in January of last year as it has been this year and I never had to scrape my windows after 2 cycles of remote start. It was sweltering hot in there and now it won?t even defrost Windows after a half hour! Even blows cool air sometimes going down the highway but I guess that?s ?normal? for a $40,000 truck. Warranty is almost up and I?m gonna end paying for this myself. Don?t bother going here.
