Beware believing anything this dealer tells you.

Beware believing anything this dealer tells you. We requested information and photos of a vehicle we saw online and since we were 2 1/2 hours away I requested the salesperson who contacted me check the vehicle out thoroughly before we made the trip. I was sent a photo of one scratch on the tailgate and told "It is in really good condition... the previous owner kept it clean and well maintained." I also asked specifically about any smells in the vehicle and was told there were no unusual odors. When we arrived and opened the door to the vehicle the first thing that hit us was a musty damp odor that only got worse when the air conditioning was turned on. There were also broken connectors to the window defrosters, a broken seat belt clip, stains on the seats, the cargo area had a lot of scratches, and there was a chunk taken out of the sidewall of one tire. we did still try to work something out since we had made the trip and were promised all issues would be taken care of by the next day. When we arrived at 4:15pm the next day, there were still stains on some of the seating surfaces and the window defrosters were still not repaired even after I had specifically asked about the defrosters at 11:00am that morning. The salesperson just said "Sorry" and walked away. Horrible communication, misinformation given, and total lack of a sense of urgency to satisfy a customer.

Aaron Miller

Aaron Miller, salesman, kept his word when I wasn't “determined” to buy a car. He handled my Mom’s new lease and I mentioned I would love to buy a used car but was on a very limited income. He asked how much I could pay each month and that he would keep an eye out and be in contact. It wasn’t but a few days later he called and told me about a 2008 Ford Edge Limited with 105,000 miles and in my range. He helped me with purchasing this vehicle. I am very happy! I really wasn't expecting him to call based on my personal limits!! DAVID, the finance person, was so kind and handled all the paperwork with great detail. He made the process so easy! I highly recommend these two individuals at Expressway Mt. Vernon, IN!!!

Unreasonable

On March 1st 2023 went to parts department of GMC expressway because of a bad battery. Was told wouldn't replace battery unless had truck towed in. This is unreasonable,would cost more to have towed than to buy another battery. Definitely not a place that I want to do business with

Great Experience!!!

I just purchased a 2021 Ford pickup from Expressway Chevrolet. I am very satisfied with the way I was treated, got a great truck at a fair price. The salesman I worked with was Braden Brazier. He was friendly, courteous, and great to deal with!!! Highly recommend.

Excellent, honest and sincere!

Just bought 2022 Equinox from Expressway. Todd Curtis was the salesman. Great salesmanship with no pressure. Answered all of our questions and admitted he didn't know when he didn't know. Manager was great, open and sincere. Same for the finance. They explained everything before we signed. They owned up to any mistakes without trying to cover up. We will definitely recommend Expressway Chevrolet to everyone we know. Overall experience...EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!
