I bought a 2007 Chevrolet pickup from them. I am 500 miles from them, so I ask alot of questions and looked at their pictures. One question was any scratches... or dents. They said none. They set up the transportation to me. Iwas told I would get it on Tuesday. I got it on Saturday. After many calls with alot of stories. The pickup has damage on the rear end housing and a big scratch on the drivers door. It also had 550 more miles on it than the paper work shows, it was hauled. This is not ok. Now they think the scratch was there, they wrote the wrong milage down, and the damage on the rear end housing-- who knows. Beware!!!! They are no help after they get paid.
We at Eagle Chevrolet would like to extend to you our deepest apologies for what you feel is a lack of service. When transportation was initially set ...up it was with the understanding that your vehicle would be delivered to you on Tuesday, however that was not the case. We are extremely apologetic that our Sales Rep did not contact you to let you know that the transporter was running behind schedule. We believe that we did our best to stay in contact with you and the transport company once this was made aware to everyone. The mileage in-errancy should never have happened, in this instance that was unfortunate on our behalf. As for the damage our offer to send you a check for $300 still stands, as we can neither say that it was there before or after the vehicle was transported.
