New Car deal
We had some difficulties with the finance company, but the staff at Midway worked hard to come up with a fair deal. They stuck with it and contacted me several times over a 3 day period to update me.

I had a family emergency at the local hospital. When I called, I was going to cancel my appointment. The person on the phone said they could come and pick up my vehicle and return it to the hospital. This was great customer service.

Great Service
This was a routine oil change and the service personnel treated beyond routine. They were courteous and personable. They phoned me when the work was done, gave me a checklist of things they looked at and suggestions of when to have other routine work done with no pressure. I very much enjoy taking my car to Midway.
