Do not trust anything they say or do.
I bought a 22 titan a couple of months ago. Made the deal through their online chat and text with who turned out to be a salesman for their Chevy dealer. Glad to have had his words in print when he tried to screw me on the cash price we had agreed to! The sales Mgr at Nissan read the texts and made it happen. Although the truck has the tow package, it did not have a trailer brake. I discussed the price of the brake, the cost of installation, etc, with the salesman from Chevy. When I called to schedule the install, verifying the oem part and factory install process, I was told of the inaccuracies from the salesman. Again, the sales mgr said he would make it happen. Along with a recall update I had not been told about, some scratches they agreed to buff out and a rear door weather stripping that was bunched up. I got my new truck back with a trailer brake unit mounted outside my dash with a metal plate and screws! Not an oem part, definitely not a factory install. Additionally, the scratches were not touched, the weather stripping still bunched up, who knows about the recall update! So.... I called to speak to the sales mgr, who has now passed this off to service Mgr and won't return a call. The service mgr agreed that it was not the oem part or install they had promised. He said he would call me back the next day (THUR) before 5. I got a call a little after 5 to say he would call me back Monday to propose resolution. That was a week ago. Now I have a brand new truck that I paid cash for with a big ugly bracket hanging on the dash panel, still scratched, with a questionable recall status. Would I recommend them? Not on your life! Not to an enemy. Not even as a joke!

Got screwed by Morlan finance
We decided to trade in our $ 40,000 2021 Nissan Titan truck for a 27,000 2022 Nissan Altima car and we were told when we traded that we could be getting 12,390 difference it was basically a brand new truck we were told they could write us a check or put it towards our loan for the car and our payments would be much cheaper than the truck with way better gas milage and we took the deal expecting them to put that money towards our loan and when they didn't I asked why and was told by finance person that it was only a credit so we did not have to pay sales tax. That is a load of crap because the salesman told us that was money coming back to us because our truck was worth more than the car. We are going to take our contract to an attorney and see what we can do to make them make this right. We lost everything we paid on that truck . We had a good salesman Jim but the finance guy Russ would not answer his phone or return phone calls when I finally got to talk to him he was trying to tell me that that 12,390 was only a credit no it is money difference you owe us because our truck was worth more than the car. I want to know how many other customers have been duked and ripped off there has to be more than just me and my husband
