Worst experience ever I will never use or recommend this dealership ever I took my Chevrolet Cruze in to get it repaired and spent over a 1000 and they never repaired it got it out shop same day it quit on me again this dealership like to play the guessing game who has money to waste if they couldn’t fix they brand of car they should have been up front with me and not just take my money how unprofessional is that I repeat don’t go there to get anything repaired take it from me lesson learned they can’t even change my oil worst experience ever I rate there service department a 0 I want my money back didn’t get anything for my money

I was referred to Cutshaw Chevrolet by several friends for a vehicle purchase. I was still pleasantly surprised at how easy and stress free the entire process was exceeding my expectations. No “games” like at most dealerships, just fair straight forward deal from friendly helpful staff. I will definitely be back for future purchases.
