    My hadnt been running well and i had tried every shade tree mechanic before i was referred by a friend to come to Fullens. They said the prices would be... higher but immediatley i noticed the competitive labor rates with the three main dealerships here in Eastland. My issues with my car were that it kept dying and leaking coolant. My friend reffered a mechanic named Stewart. I was told he was the one who worked on my car. Needless to say my car has been UP and RUNNING for a month or so now. so when the service department asked if i had written a review i gladly responded. Thank you to the service dept for not only helping with my car problems but also for providing me a rental. and a Special thanks to Stewart for fixing my car. have not had any problems and will continue to use and refer Fullens MC to my friends and family! i will be back!

    As busy as these guys are, they make me feel like I am the only customer for the day. They are that good. From the front door to the service department,... I was treated as if I was a personal friend. This is the first time I have bought a car here, but it won't be my last. I really enjoy the people here. Even questions over the phone were answered with the same professionalism, and friendliness as shown in person. From new car to oil change, from recall repair to nail in a tire, they are great!

    I contacted Fullen Motor Co. from a website that gave it rave reviews. I was very interested in buying a vehicle and so stated so in my msg to them. It... took three days for them to reply, then they sent me 11 emails stating the vehicle I was interested was sold, but they hoped I continued to look at other ones. I did and tried to contact them again.... no answer this time. They seem to have great reviews, however for me, they just didn't come through. I was so in hopes to purchase from them since they are close, but with no response I just can't seem to get anyone to contact me by email or by phone. I have since looked up their available vehicles and the original one I was so very interested in is still on their website as available.

    Certainly we apologize that you had a bad experience with contacting us. We are closed on weekends so any messages that are sent on Saturday or Sunday... are not answered until the following Monday. I cannot explain the 11 emails. We occasionally have typical computer issues; perhaps our email server was messed up. Once we sell a vehicle, I wait for the paperwork to be completed and on the books before I remove the cars from the website. I apologize if this is confusing or annoying to you.     Being from Eastland, I am a long term customer of Fullen Motor Co. Tracy and George always go above and beyond to help locate the exact vehicle I am interested... in regardless if they currently have it in inventory. I have purchased everything~ Chevy Tahoe, Cadillac CTS, GMC Acadia, used GMC Yukon, Buick Enclave, Chevy Silverado pickup, used Silverado pick up~ you name it they find it for me. They even arranged delivery when I moved out of state. I highly recommend this dealership.

    I called and spoke with Billy on the phone he was very helpful and went out of his way to help so I decided to make the hour drive over there to purchase... the truck when I got there unfortunately Billy was signing a customer cause he is also the financial manager so a man named George asked if he could help me so I told him i talked to Billy on the phone and I was interested in a truck he was the rudest man I have ever met so I said I would wait for Billy while I Sat waiting I overheard George and a guy named Tracy talking to another woman sitting in a office while Mr Wyatt was doing all the work I'm not going to mention the conversation I overheard but if I was to let anyone go it would be George and Tracey if Mr Wyatt ever leaves there I would not recommend this place to anyone THANK you Billy Wyatt for all your hard work and go somewhere you are appreciated they don't deserve you

    Goodness! If George offended this customer in any way, we certainly apologize. No one has ever complained about him before. George is extremely nice a...nd has a huge customer base that only does business with him. Of course we appreciate Billy very much. Sometimes each employee in our dealership finds him/herself weighed down at the moment with work that only he or she performs. We have been the local Chevy dealer here since the mid-1950s and have always been known for our friendly service. We invite the public to visit our dealership anytime and assure them friendly, courteous treatment.
