I took Blazer in for oil change and told service I wanted

I took Blazer in for oil change and told service I wanted tires rotated. They gave me back my car and said they denied tire rotation b/c the wear of my front tire. Hello, I asked for a rotation, the worn tire would move to the back. And I explained to service I am buying new tires in 2 months. For them not to rotate was a poor choice. Going elsewhere because this is not an isolated issue.

There is always a lack of communication when I make a

There is always a lack of communication when I make a appt. I always have to talk to at least 3 people and go over the same thing, and placed on hold 10-15 min and passed around like a ball. When I checked in ONLY to get a new set of keys, ( which I driver 25 min to the dealer one way) it still wasn't all squared away, but my service person (Kevin Grube) was very helpful and got it figured out- even though he should of had all that when I checked in. But he was great!

This is the pace to go if you are looking for a new

This is the pace to go if you are looking for a new vehicle. The technicians are friendly, courteous and informative. The estimated time for service was beat by 15 min and I got to recharge my EV at their power charger which was awesome!

We had a sensor changed in the gas tank and it works well

We had a sensor changed in the gas tank and it works well but they never reset the check engine light so I had to. Small thing but shows poor quality in service.
