Was quoted the cost of my battery replacement over the...

Was quoted the cost of my battery replacement over the phone. When I arrived to pay it was double what I was told on the phone. Not to mention my car was not fixed and after the 2nd time bringing it in, it is now in worse condition than it was the first time I brought it in.

Great experience and customer service

Went to Kendall to replace my aging commuter car. Called ahead to see if the car I was looking at was still available. The salesman Andrew Brown went out in the lot to make sure it was and pulled it up front. I live about an hour away so it was ready when I got there. The buying process was easy and fast. Everyone was awesome. I have a new born baby at home so my wife wasn't able to make the trip with me so they set up a home delivery for me the following day so I could get both vehicles home. (wasn't trading in a vehicle). Overall enjoyed the experience and will keep them in mind for my next car.

I guess it?s service, but expensive!

Have had touch and go service at Kendal Chevy, hard to really say what was paid for was done. They don?t instill a lot of confidence, just pay for it and here are your keys we are done. 6 months ago they said my battery should be replaced and we agreed we will plan on it for next service. Well next service they didn?t mention the battery or test it. I asked them to check it before I left and they did do a little test on it and showed me it passed with flying colors. So first, why didn?t they check it while it was in for service considering the last report said battery needed replacing and second why was I told some line about not checking it this time because it looked ok. The battery is 4 years old and I know 5 years is the recommended replacement timeframe. Plus I had to ask them to bring a tech out to test my battery before I left. My previous service I demanded a refund on the multi point inspection because of the list of several items they just look at and others they are supposed to lube, I could not find literally one thing on that list that could have been done. No lube on my hinges because I still had dust and cobwebs in those areas and no signs of lube. Said they checked lock on my spare tire when I don?t have a lock, and various other items that they looked at but gave absolutely no feedback on as to the condition or when it should be looked at more seriously. I believe that if you don?t plan on dragging the service coordinator out to your vehicle to point out and confirm everything that was done all you are doing is giving them 175.00 for nothing. Plus with that kind of rush in and rush out without walking you through the work directly on your vehicle it makes it hard to have confidence the work you paid for was actually done or done competently. Seriously hard to find shops you can trust and believe they are truly looking out for your best interests and maintaining your expensive vehicle properly.

I just had a terrible experience at this dealership. The salesman was Jacob. He was fine showing me a Sierra truck. The sticker price was 65,000. His lines were all scripted when it came time to negotiate. They offered me at least 2-4 grand below what Kelly Blue said my Toyota truck was worth. They refused to negotiate on the Sierra, sticking to the sticker price. So I walked out and he followed me out to my truck and said to me, "Were you this mean selling homes?" Our other car is a GMC caddy so I was shocked to receive this treatment as a GMC client. We will not ever go back to this dealer. A shame since our GMC dealership in Sacramento was wonderful!

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE

Awesome service, solid price, professional approach. Our experience w Andrew Brown was straightforward, fact-based, accommodating and well orchestrated. This was particularly important since we came over from Bend for our vehicle. Would highly recommend.

Terrible organization

Sweet as pie on the phone, but no help when you arrive there. The clerks clearly are more interested in chatting with each other than actually deigning to speak to you, and then immediately want to hand you off to some one else. Why is there no one person to specifically greet and direct people? It's customer service 101. Hope you have lots of time to waste; this is a business that is more than happy to keep you waiting.

My experience with the sales and service staff at Kendall Chevrolet has been nothing but amazing! I always feel like I’m the only one there and with these new statewide guidelines for social distancing, I felt safe and was comfortable knowing the staff at Kendall Chevrolet had my health as a top priority. I visibly witnessed staff disinfecting high traffic touch points and was even greeted upon arrival to disinfect my door handles. Very impressed and coming from a hospital EVS employee. I know clean! In closing, rest assured Kendall Chevrolet not only has the best staff and vehicles in the greater eugene/Springfield area they truly are here to help. So if you’re in the market or on the fence, Kendall Chevrolet is the place!!! Thank you Kendall Chevrolet!!!
