Have bought a 2018 Silverado and a 2025 trax 1RS. Just had service to the Silverado and it was completed in a timely manner. The cost was a little high but what isn?t costing more now days.

quite frankly very disappointed in the whole process. I took my Chevrolet 3500 High Country Duramax diesel in because I was getting diagnostics that I was having problems with my DEF being poor quality or almost out of DEF. While it was in the shop they did a computer update that was supposed to fix the problem. When towing my 5th wheel up the mountain pass the diagnostics came on again. While on my vacation I took my vehicle back to Kendall Chevrolet because of the issue. They then gave me a service bulletin that said GM knew there was a problem with the computes system and for the dealer to tell the customer to disregard the diagnostic warning. What a bunch of xx if this shouldn't be covered by the lemon law I don't know what should! It is all over the internet about the DEF problems but the automobile manufacturers are not addressing the issue and they are not being held accountable. ANY QUESTIONS AS TO WHY the American manufactures lost their leadership to Japan and now China. I doubt if anyone really cares but the leadership at GM and Ford and Chrysler should really think about what they are doing!!!!

When I got my new Equinox EV home, it had a couple scratches on the bumper. I brought it in and they showed me it was only adhesive from the tape that secured the protective covering on the car during rail transport. That was my only complaint that they corrected. Otherwise, great dealership. Bought the Equinox EV instead of a Tesla Y because I trust Kendal and Tesla has no dealerships!

Needed to replace my 15 year old Traverse because of $6,000 worth of repairs that were needed. Had not planed on buying a new car. He showed me a used car, 2024 model, with 15,000 miles, that was owned by the dealership and still had that new car smell. Devin worked with me and arranging the deal was simple and easy. I brought the Traverse from Kendall, will buy my next one from them.
