I love the setup of the various dealerships which I think helps with service specialization. Similar to what I experienced in Dublin, Ohio when I lived there and dealt with Midwest Auto Group (ie, MAG). In addition to my Volvo, I also have a BMW which I service through To Kelley BMW. The entire sales team (Logan, Ben, Rob) were very helpful and service minded. They made the purchase process less stressful than normal and were able to answer all of our questions. Ben in particular was very helpful in explaining the many features in the car!
