We had every intention of buying a used vehicle and Ben was our salesperson. He did an outstanding job of answering questions and not pressuring us. We actually enjoyed the process interacting with him and Jaylon. But we realized that we weren’t ready to buy and Ben had such great customer service and politeness. We took up a lot of his time but through it all Ben was a gentleman and showed great patience with us.

Pleased with the team effort to assist my wife and I in

Pleased with the team effort to assist my wife and I in purchasing our Volvo XC90. Everyone we dealt with were professional, courteous, respectful. The no pressure approach was appreciated. Rob & Jaylon sales managers, Ben in sales, Linda in helping with paperwork, introduced to Tim in service, and Austin who helped us be more familiar with the car. Nothing but lies, deceiving, never fulfilled any promises

Nothing but lies, deceiving, never fulfilled any promises he listed that would be done via text and email, which in indiana is a legal binding contract. Allowed him proper time to make right, ben has failed to do so.

Luke was simply amazing!

Luke was simply amazing! He made the process so very easy! He worked very hard for me and put me in my dream car!! Everything from our first meeting until the day I drove my car home he made me feel very important!! Thank you Luke! We will definitely be a returning customer!!!

My experience with Luke Gordon was incredible.

My experience with Luke Gordon was incredible. From the start to finish he was very attentive to my requests about vehicle information and history. He even put together a quick walk around video of certain details of the automobile I was interested in. Luke was very pleasant on the phone and in person. I did not feel any pressure to buy and everything was up front and transparent with the transaction. This dealership is about 1.5 hours away from me and it was worth the drive. I'm happy with my purchase and would work with Luke and this dealership again. Sarah Garvin, from the internet department, also helped with some followup information upon request in a very timely manner. Thanks and keep up the great work! You're making car buying what it should be.
