As always Ken Ganley VW Bedford does it again, spoke with Joe Walker over the phone to let him know we were in need of a reliable vehicle for my college son and he nailed it! This is our 5th car that we have bought for our family from VW Bedford and with the amazing help from Joe my son is very very happy with his clean, reliable car! Great customer service, great communication, and just an overall a great guy! First two cars were sold under Greg Love (RIP) then the other two under Tej and now we have Joe! I love Ken Ganley VW Bedford! Thanks again Joe you’re awesome 💯💯

Made the process very easy.

Made the process very easy. Cut and dry. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from them. Will go back again. We needed to replace a vehicle that was in an accident and they made process super easy.

Excellent experience. The people are working extremely fast to get you the paperwork signed and the car so you can be on your way. The place is clean and inviting.

The van was towed.

The van was towed. I was disappointed that a tire was not available till the end of the following day. But once the tire was in hand, the remounting was quick.
