    Showed a car fax that stated no accidents. There was obvious damage that had to be caused by some altercation. Went to a different dealership who ran the... vin number through the official carfax company and came back with reported accident and multiple damages not reported through madcity. Not a trustworthy dealership.

    The only thing I would recommend is - have people come in prepared to submit financials..... then you wouldn't have to sit there for four (4) hours waiting... to getting financed. Yes, you can do a test drive, but one person processing paperwork is kind of crazy!

    I can’t even begin to explain how awful the experience was. Make you give personal info to even get specs on their inventory should have been a red flag,... they call to make an appointment, which I did considering I was driving 2 hours for a specific vehicle. We get there and I thought my appointment was with one person but the first one who jumps you claims you. The vehicle was not brought up or ready... what was described as clean, no damage or rust was far from that! It was so badly scratched all over, more than a dozen large dents (two of which had significant rust) the tires were so badly worn and cracked and when we attempted to start it, it wouldn’t start. The inside was filthy and stickers on the dash that had been attempted to be taken of but majority of it remained. I was so appalled that we just left. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to buy a car from here!

    We were very disappointed when trying to get a hold of anybody when we had some questions and difficulty with the car we purchased. Would never recommend... to go there.

    Was forced to give my contact info to see inventory online. Answered the call and was severely pressured into making an appointment. Ok, fine. Went looking... some other places, because we like to shop around. Found a great deal through another dealership (with NO pressure) and made a purchase there. When I got the call to confirm my appointment, I apologized and said I would be canceling. Immediately, I was pressured to reschedule. When I said my reason for canceling was that I had already made a purchase, I was promptly hung up on. Absolutely rude and nasty. They've made sure I will never shop there and will also be sure to steer any friends and family I have looking FAR away from this place!

    Salesperson was great. Facility looked great. No issues until 2 weeks later when the trade-in wasn't paid off yet and I was facing late fees and a late... payment on my credit score that otherwise had a perfect auto-loan record. Salesperson said he'd get the finance department on it right away. He said it usually takes up to 10 days after trade in. I pointed out it was 13 days. He acknowledged. Now 3 weeks later I'm facing those late fees and still have the $3,000 balance with ZERO response or concern from the dealership that seemed so concerned with helping me improve my credit score.
