I'm HIGHLY disappointed in the customer service I received once the paperwork was signed for the vehicle I purchased. Customer service is NOT a priority... once they make their sale. They supposively detailed the vehicle while I was signing the paperwork however there were papers and price signs stuck in the door panels and between the seats. The previous owners information was still programmed in it. They also forgot to put the floor mats in. I contacted the salesperson as soon as I got home and realized they were missing, he said he was pretty sure they were going to order new ones but he would let me know. Another salesperson called a couple days later to see how everything was going so I mentioned it to her and she knew nothing about it. One would think this would be a pretty simple fix but no. 4 days after the sale, a crack appeared on the windshield. After taking a closer look, there was a small chip located near the wiper blades. I decided to just go to the dealership since I was still waiting to find out what was going on with the floor mats. The sales manager took a look at it and insisted something MUST have hit it while I was driving after I clearly stated to him that I made one trip the day prior and nothing hit my windshield. Pretty certain I'd recall hearing something hitting it with that much force. He also stated their vehicles are thoroughly inspected and they would never sell a car with a damaged windshield. I honestly believe they missed the chip during their inspection process and when I used my defrost that morning it caused it to crack. They offered to send me the information for the company they use along with discounted pricing ... here we are days later and NOTHING. They ended up giving me generic mats they had in the dealership that don't fit correctly in my car. I will NEVER buy a vehicle from this place again.

I stopped by Heitrich Toyota looking for a used car for a weekly commute of over 400 miles my Tundra was taking a beating. I met Shaun Glassmeyer. We looked... at 6-7 cars and they were not what I was looking for. I was pretty specific on my wants and needs. light color car preferably a Honda Accord low miles. After a few weeks I was sure I needed to look elsewhere. On a Wednesday morning Shaun called and found my car. 2010 Honda Accord white with 3500 miles (no typo) one owner. Shaun took a deposit over the phone and on Saturday afternoon I drove the car off the lot. It was twice as good as described by Shaun. I would just like to say that my experience at Toyota In Milford was more than pleasant. I went in there knowing what I wanted to spend. After jumping... through hoops I'm sure to try and get my deal worked out they came back w exactly what I asked for! I was extremely pleased!! My family and I will b eternally grateful for there help. I live in Dover but was so pleased I will be driving to Milford to have my car serviced there!
