I would never purchase a car from this dealership again. ( Duluth location) I purchased a Cadillac Escalade and 3 days later had an electrical issue and... blown water pump. Everyone was very nice but the sales manager Tony was very unprofessional once the check was written. He would not return my calls or texts regarding the mechanical issues. The salesman Ivan tried to help but as a new employee had no clout. Tony is a clown and should not be in a position to manage if that’s how he represents Gwinnett BMW..
Purchased a CPO from this terrible dealership and I kick myself for not walking when the deal came down to "the guy on the other end of the phone"... not pushing back on $100 so "he could say he got something from his boss." I went ahead and purchased the vehicle and signed a power of attorney for them to get my tag for me only to have them mail my check to me a few weeks later and letting me know I had to go pick up my tag myself. I took time out of my work day to go get the tag only to find out the dealership did not test my emissions. When I took the car to have its emissions checked, the computer would not acknowledge the vehicle. I then took the car back to the dealership and after TWO WEEKS with my car, they finally "fixed the problem" and somehow passed emissions. I was then sent away with an expired temporary tag AFTER I was told there would be an extension. Every bit of the transaction was a terrible pain...from them taking a week to pass CPO after I purchased the vehicle, to them giving me a loaner car that broke down on 400...making me late to work. Expectations were poorly managed throughout the process..."20 minutes" was always an hour. A "few days" was always a week (or TWO). I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Terrible.

He said I need a cosigner my husband become a cosigner but they still want us to put down 4500 and we still going to get the car because the bank said... the mileage was Too high I did tell him how much money I have to put down so how do you want to come and tell me I need to put down $4500 so I’m still out of the car

I bought a CPO bmw in this dealership. Very nice car，extended maintenance，warrenty. No barging about the price. The only cons is we cost... too much time，their dealers are really busy.
We tool our car in to be checked out and repaired 4 weeks ago ... they replaced the universal joint charged almost $2K and returned the car as repaired.... The car continued to experience the same problems and last Tuesday the computer locked the car indicating transmission error. We had the car towed to the dealership, called continually and received no call back ... finally today we were able to hunt down the service rep who said that will be another $4000. BMW , never again!
