This BMW dealer has tried to charge me for warranty
This BMW dealer has tried to charge me for warranty repairs even though I have an MFG and Extended warranty. When you question they say “Oh it’s our. Istake”. They also damaged my wheel with a tire purchase. They sprayed paint on the area and the wheel had overspray on it. Never made it right. Not good.

I will not get into a rope pulling contest with you. However it is obvious from your response you don’t get it. Just bc you a make policy doesn't make it right, nor does it mean the staff has the emotional intelligence to implement the policy. Receiving feedback is critical to growth and development bc your customers are still your customers. For the record this is the 1st review I have ever made on any forum in my life! In 2021, I bought an X7 from this dealership, wonderful experience! Two weeks ago, my wife and I came to the dealership to hunt for a new car for my wife. The Saleman was helpful and showed us the car with no issues. Since we haven’t made a decision I returned to continue my search bc we decided BMW X5 is the car we wanted to buy, I just needed to check the leg room in the back seat. When I returned to check out the leg room, I wasn’t out of my car for 5 minutes when I was asked for my ID. I was told by this new sales person, he needed my ID to look in the car. I only wanted to look in the back seat, I am not an idiot, everyone knows the dealership needs your license before you can do a test drive. I have bought more cars than I can count, never in my life have I had such poor service. Truly sad from the dealership I thought was one of the best in Chattanooga until now. In addition, the Saleman actually criticized me for not wanting to give my license and/or phone number, he laughed at the idea that I would go to another BMW dealership. Yes sir I did talk to the General Manager but never did he try to resolve the situation only attempted to justify his policy the same way he did with his response listed above. Truly Sad day for BMW of Chattanooga!!! People will take notice.
