    Our experience with the dealership was excellent. The sales person James Gardner was very friendly, excellent in knowledge of the vehicle, and very customer oriented. I love my Mini and would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

    I came here looking at a 2013 Nissan Altima I really wanted that I happened to come across online. I just wanted to check it out and test drive before I go across town to another dealership .Next thing I know I'm trading in my old car and getting this Nissan. The service here is amazing , everyone has a pleasant easy going attitude and I got lucky enough to have Steve Lerner in sales who helped me tremendously in my purchase. Whenever I plan to get another car I defiantly without a doubt will come back to BMW of Richmond.

    We leased a BMW 428i for three years, and decided not to replace the car at the end of the term. We didn't expect much service with the return process, but were pleasantly surprised with Steve Lerner. He took the time to explain the return process, clear out the electronics (phone book and Nav), and provide us with a copy of his inspection. During the ownership of the car we were well taken care of by Richmond BMW and would highly recommend them and the staff to anyone who wants to buy the Ultimate Driving Machine.

    Shopping for a car that is a pleasant experience? Why ....yes! After being rear-ended by a drunk (in the afternoon, no less), my nerves were shot, my emotions were high.....and I needed to find a good used car. Steve Lerner and Anton Kulay made everything easy, transparent and pleasant. From talking on the phone, to test driving, to buying to orientation of all features in a 2004 car......well, they were every word in the title of this essay.

    I had been looking for my dream car for a couple months, and I had finally found it at Richmond BMW. I live 5.5 hours away in Greenville, SC, so the majority of the deal was conducted over phone and email. Since the first phone call I made to the dealership upon finding the vehicle, I experienced exceptional customer service which made this the most enjoyable car buying experience of my life. Steve Lerner and Joey Harris went above and beyond to make the long distance buying process smooth and easy, I could not have been more pleased! Once I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car I was treated like family and actually had a great time finishing up the paperwork. Anton Kulay in Finance was a pleasure to work with as well. This is just a fantastic dealership, every person I interacted with was amazing! I love my M3!! Thank you Richmond BMW!

    I would not recommend for car service they rip you, charged me $857~ for changing ignition coil and bolt for transformer belt in my X3 Did the work in 20 mins and charged for 2 hours labor !!

    I was quite impress with Steve Lerner's efforts to ensure that I was able to immediately see the Lexus RX400H that was advertised online. He was willing to assist me and wait with me until the entire purchase process was completed. Steve is a great example of offering excellent customer service and he shows that he cares and understands the needs of the consumer.     I recently purchased a brand new 2017 BMW X6 Sports Activity Coupe. Ms. Chelsea Moorer, a saleswoman with Richmond BMW did a phenomenal job with locating the vehicle I truly wanted instantaneously. (within a hour) I searched around for the same vehicle on the internet for a couple of weeks and almost brought a similar vehicle from another BMW dealership out of town. Then, I called Richmond BMW, and spoke with Ms. Chelsea Moorer who's professional sales expertise assist me throughout the purchase of my vehicle. Ms. Moorer was terrific. She never stop communicating with me throughout the sales and purchase process and that's what made me happy. I recommend anyone buying a BMW to go to Richmond BMW. Great Experience.

    Here I am at the end of my lease of a 328i BMW. I contacted Steve Lerner, Client Advisor for a pre-lease end evaluation. I had never been to this dealership, nor had I met Mr. Lerner; and I dreaded what I thought was going to be an unpleasant experience. AMAZINGLY, I had the exact opposite experience. Steve was super wonderful and made this process easy and (I can't believe I'm saying this) but it was almost enjoyable! General Manager, Matt Perry spoke with me about the possibilities of us choosing another BMW. When I told him I was not certain if we were even interested in getting another car......again AMAZING stuff happened.....he stopped! I have never experienced such above board professional treatment at a car dealership. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE, and after I explained my possible "no additional sales to us" status....NOTHING CHANGED. I was still treated professionally and with courtesy through my entire transaction with Steve, Matt and used car manager, Joey Harris. What a fabulous team. I am certain, if we decide to get into another BMW we will absolutely work with this wonderful dealership. A+ professional service for sure!
