From the moment that my son drove me to the BMW of Birmingham, I was nervous and excited. This was the first time in 29 years that I was buying a car without my husband. Conner came out and was polite, great sense of humor and lots of patience. I drove the X3 and it fit me like a glove. I told Conner that I would think about it, but I was sold. Came back and purchased it. Conner went above and beyond to help make this process as easy as can be. I can’t say enough things about this wonderful dealership and Conner.
