They are not to be trusted. They will tell you anything to get the sale. They told Me the car had 2 keys then handed me to key fobs. One with a key inside the other empty. Called them back the same day. They said they would order another key. Their voicemails are full when you call..... they will tell you anything to get you to sign the dotted line. Once you do, your screwed. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Only dealership I have ever experienced that didn’t call to make sure their salesperson did a good job. But that just tells me even management already knows how the customer was treated. They trained their salesman!

Emergency Repair Service
Thank you so much for taking me in as an emergency service when I was traveling from Texas to Massachusetts. My air conditioning froze and without it working correctly, I’m not sure I would have made it. Your service department got me back on the road in 90 minutes on a Friday afternoon. Y’all are the best!

There are so many bad reviews that i am fearful

This is an awful dealership
Dealership is astonishingly awful. They do not return calls either before or after purchase, and they change policies without any notification. Avoid them unless you want to deal with incompetence and constant frustration.

Lied to and humiliated
Test drove an X3 used day before. Decided to buy it the next day and communicated with salesperson via text. Price was not negotiable but good value so thought this would be easy. Salesperson gave me total price with taxes and fees through text and told him I was paying cash not financing. All in text message. Came in the next day as told and told since I wasn’t financing it would be $750 more since there was a rebate offered for financing. Director stated it was clearly on the website and he pulled it up, fine print but no indication this vehicle had one. They would not budge with price. Never have I seen a dealership not want to sell a car as much as this one. Oh and I was told the car is currently being test drove by another couple and had to wait on their decision before I could move forward. The arrogance they had to think I would sit there waiting on them to see if the car would be sold to another customer while already agreed to sell to me was appalling. Cash is not king anymore obviously. To get this car I would have finance a minimum of $7500 for 4 months so I could get $750 rebate. Amazing the response I got from all, “corporate sets the rules.” I guess customer service is out the window. Move on to another dealership that actually stands behind their word and really shows the customer experience we all deserve when purchasing a major item! Very sad...I will share with everyone I talk to a out car purchasing and load up social media with this horrible experience.
