Service representative (Taylor) took care of my x5 service. He kept me informed on the progress, service technician performed service in a timely manner, finished before estimated time. The dealership was exceptionally clean, staff was very friendly.

Good dealership, however I don’t like when the service
Good dealership, however I don’t like when the service department comes up with OVERPRICED unnecessary repairs in order to benefit their pockets! I think it’s a crooked way to make money off of people who don’t know any better!!!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Service on vehicle is excellent. I was greeted by a nice young man as soon as I drove up to the dealership. My advisor was knowledgeable and informed me of an available maintenance package for my vehicle. The technician made a video of the work on my car and sent it to me. My advisor also updated my key chain!
