We all have stories of bad sales experience, and sadly that is what we talk about most. This is NOT one of those, the opposite thankfully!! This is not the first time I have done business at BMW FM, and It comes down to the people, the process and then the cars. Joe Weidenfeller has been putting up with me for years - which says something there for the dealer - and knows how to get it done. Years ago he told me not to do a deal, and it was going to cost him $$. Just proves there honest and good people in the industry. I also appreciate being able to sit down with Troy Arch and work through the numbers. There are no games, it?s just business and he treats it that way, with respect for time, a very much shrinking commodity these days. Regardless, I have and will continue to recommend Joe, Troy and BMW FM. The cars are great, the people and the service are even better!

Do NOT take your care here! It's worth the trip to Naples or Sarasota. I had their service center replace a part on my convertible roof. When the exact same part later popped off the roof, they told me that it's too hot in Florida for glue to hold and quoted me MORE THAN TWICE the original price to repair it. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I'm so disappointed with the BMW Fort Myers; last Thursday evening I schedule an appointment with Carl Antoine to test drive an 2013 Lincoln Navigator on Friday 5 pm, on Friday I confirm two times with Carl Antoine the appointment and was all set. To make this possible, I had to leave early from work, drive 1 hour to drop off my kids at a babysitter, and another hour from there to the dealer; I arrived at the dealer at 4:58 pm to find out the vehicle was already sold. How hard is someone to have the minimum respect and give me a call saying that the car was already sold before I waste my time and driving all the way there? Unfortunately they are like all the other dealers that play games, they don't let you know so they can try to sell you another vehicle, just A dirty game.
