I ordered my vehicle on April 2, 2025. The gentleman I worked with is great. My order is perfect, we agreed to a price and it took less than 15 minutes. I’m so pleased with BMW of Eugene. They showed me the BMW app to follow the progress of my build and delivery. I’ve had so much fun working with the dealership and my build. The car arrived yesterday, one week fast than anticipated and it looks phenomenal! Everyone I have worked with and talked to are just outstanding, courteous and helpful! I signed the paperwork yesterday and as promised this was an easy process and everything went just as I had expected. This is my 4th BMW from BMW of Eugene. I would recommend this dealership to everyone who wants to own the best car in the World Produced!

BMW of Eugene. As of this review I’m happy to leave a positive review. Under the current store management I found everyone to be knowledgeable and best of all, helpful. Their willingness to share that knowledge is commendable to a high degree. The repairs to my older X5 went smoothly and well within a cost I was happy with. If you’re looking for repairs or service to your BMW, talk to the service guys (JJ and Jake). They have the skillset to get you up and going with confidence. One ‘con’ to be fair and honest, is the overall communication ‘to’ BMW of the Eugene itself. The overarching company call system itself can be frustrating and very off putting. This has ‘nothing’ to do with Eugene’s folks. The call system itself needs work for sure. Just ask if you’re speaking to the Eugene store directly and repeat you need to speak with someone there. BMW of Eugene is a terrible place to buy a car. At first before we bought the car the sales person James was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and professional person. when we spoke to Jordan (sales manager I believe) they said they already bought parts to have replaced so there was no negotiating the price for those items, which we understoo. After signing paperwork and was told we would be able to pick up the BMW the following Friday we could not get anyone to answer our calls or call us back about the work that was being done. 4 days later we get ahold of Tim from sales and were informed that they were not aware of any parts being ordered but assured us that they would make it right and have it done. that was 2 weeks ago and we have called multiple times and no one will call us back. Do Not Buy from BMW of Eugene!!!! they are liars and will say anything to get you to buy a car and screw you over in the end!!!!

Everyone was very helpful. Gary salesman was delightful. Had a good conversation with him and made me feel at home.

Ricky was great to work with and handled himself very professionally. Jordan was also very helpful and resolved an issue very satisfactorily.
