I've been dealing with them for a very long time and have seen many changes in staffing, management and policy. The customer service quality has changed... a great deal, it seems hard for them to hold on to good employees. Perhaps it's inexperience with the new people. I had brakes done yesterday and the man that helped me was rude and annoyed by my questions. A consumer has questions about brakes and rotors, that's how it is. I had a quote in writing yet he still hiked up the price, I almost left to go elsewhere but decided to give them one more chance. I know they were short handed and I even said to the guy (he has a beard) that I understand it's hard when someone calls in sick, but also asked that he not take it out on the customer. I spent $600, don't you think it would be reasonable for them to top off the windshield fluid?

1 Star Rating...Customer service after the sale has been unsatisfactory and completely unprofessional in every way. We have contacted the sales representative... and sales manager numerous time over the course of two month regarding copies of our sales paperwork and warranty. They have failed to respond to our requests and return our calls. This is not the customer service you would expect from a BMW dealership. Do not buy from this dealership if you want prompt and helpful customer service after the sale.

I've been sitting in the service Dept waiting room for 2.5 hours, getting a state inspection done. I check my phone just now to see that ONE HOUR ago,... Adam texted me of services needing to be performed, one suggested, one critical. So now, I have to come back to these losers (I live an hour away) because they're too lazy to walk five feet to speak to me. Last time I was here, it took their courtesy shuttle three hours to come collect me to bring me to my car. My lease is up in November. I'll be driving something else and no one will care. There's always another customer around the corner, isn't there?
