Scott has provided great service for several years.

Scott has provided great service for several years. The process was smooth and timely. Scott is always wearing a smile and keeps me informed during the service appointment. I also want to thank Amanda who has been very helpful and kind. I have also had Amanda as my BMW advisor for quite some time. Scott and Amanda are greatly appreciated.

Amanda was excellent!

Amanda was excellent! Unfortunately my warranty didn’t cover all of the labor that was charged so I did have to come out of pocket an extra $299. Not bmws fault wish I had a survey for them but again Amanda and bmw were excellent!
