From my Client Advisor, Mohsen Vaziri, who found exactly what I was looking for and followed through with every detail of the the transaction, to Thristen who was so patient with the old fart in explaining all the computer workings of my vehicle. We had a wonderful experience at Bakersfield BMW from start to finish. Everyone were so professional, yet very friendly and made you feel like you???re... part of the family. The sales and management team were very straight forward and worked in a hassle free manner (???no pressure???) that we really appreciated. I had a major decision to make about my next car lease. Even though I loved my 535i, I wanted the convenience of an SUV. Mr. Elie Jamal, my BMW client... advisor, listened patiently to my concerns and necessary "deal-braker" features. He then qualified me for the best SUV to meet my needs. After driving several vehicles, I have the perfect fit with the 2019 X3! I truly appreciate Mr. Jamal's patience, professional demeanor, and friendliness throughout my entire experience. Went in to test drive the 7 series as I was trying to compare to other sedans (MB and Audi). Fell absolutely in love with 750 and Ron made the transaction... absolutely enjoyable and hassle free. They even gave me amazing promotions to pay off my other vehicle without me asking. Highly recommended for best experience. Ron is absolute class.

My husband & I have purchased three cars from the BMW of Bakersfield because they have an amazing team. Everyone there from finance, manager, service department,... & especially the salesman Elie have made our experience beyond outstanding. They go over & beyond the expectations to make sure we are always satisfied. They truly make sure you feel like family & not just a paying customer. You can actually walk out of their dealership not feeling bad.

Unfortunately nothing's changed. I patiently waited to bring my car in for service. The service technician Scott Sutton pointed out the right rear rotor... needed to be resurfaced and was the cause of the squealing noise. They had just resurfaced and redid the brakes so it was a poor job they did the first time. After taking my car in and explaining to Carolyn the service tech what the issues were and that we were going to resurface the rotor, she went ahead and chamfered the brake pads instead. She did not call me to tell me what she was going to do with my vehicle and they tried to be cheap about fixing their mistake. I brought it up to the service manager Jim who would not address the issue and was a complete you know what. He has no concept or idea of customer service and treated me very poorly. He demanded that I come pick up my vehicle and they would not make the repairs. I had to speak with the general manager Rene Campos and he did the right thing by overriding the service manager. But when I came to pick up my car there was a rattling noise after I started it and they would not address the issue and treated me like crap. Now my car is still in service and they won't even give me a loaner because the service manager is a rude and obstinate individual.
Everyone was absolutely great! In customer service you have to be able to adapt to who you???re talking to. We were able to be ourselves laughing and joking... the whole time. I can not recommend BMW of Bakersfield enough. Go see Fancy! And yes that???s her real name lol

The people of BMW of Bakersfield played an essential factor in our consideration for purchasing our vehicle. Upon arrival, when we stepped out of our car... and began walking the lot, we were given time to look around for a minute or two and chat, and then we were warmly welcomed and greeted with friendliness and courtesy. When we explained our wants, they were met. We were engaged with integrity, not pressure or greasy sales tactics. We arrived later in the afternoon on a Sunday, and even though our questions were many, every question was answered and they took the time explain things to our complete understanding. The BMW team that we worked with stayed with us until the sale was complete, which was way passed closing time. They extended to us a few niceties that felt like things that they would only offer to 'family.' This world we live on is not a perfect place, so a couple of hiccups that were had, were quickly ironed out and taken care of so that we were smiling again. They took care of us quickly, with genuine concern, and treated us with respect and integrity. We are proud owners of our mini and would absolutely, hands down, give BMW of Bakersfield solids. If you are looking for authentic, BMW is your Dealership.
