Range Rover with ruined engine did not replace oil
I took my Range Rover in for an oil change and annual maintenance. They charged me for a $70,000 mi checkup I only had 51,000 miles on my car. Spark plugs were not changed and the oil reserve was not filled. I did drive the car so when it started ticking I called and told the service manager. He thought it was a joke. He started laughing his name was Roger. I didn't see anything funny about it. So I went to see the general manager Jim who was not any better. He told me to bring the car in and he would take care of it well he did take care of it. They removed my engine and did not return it properly when I went to get my vehicle I had to get it towed home they refused to fix it. They refused to continue to repair it because they told me they couldn't repair Range Rovers well they're the ones that tore it up. They told me they don't have a hoist to even check the oil or the transmission. Do not use BMW Bakersfield. Do not use BMW Bakersfield. Do not use BMW Bakerfield.

Beware
This dealership doesn’t know how to do an out of state sale. We trailered the car from their dealership to our home state,so we would have to register it in California and then go through the hassle of transferring. They went and titled in in California now I have to go through the hassle of transferring will be weeks before I get my license plates.

Worst experience I am an out of state buyer.
Worst experience I am an out of state buyer. We explained we would pick up car in trailer and register in our home state. All they had to do was send information to our DMV instead they registered it in California now I have to go through all kinds of paperwork to get it registered in my home state.

Service Department saved me over $4,000 by appealing to BMW to cover cost of an "out of warranty" ac compressor. Worked with sales department to provide a loaner when standard wait would have been over 1 week. Kept me on the road and delivered the car back in perfect working order, washed and shining like new.

BMW BREAKS DOWN TWICE/Need to makeit Right :/
My Daughter bought her dream car! So WE thought! She bought it *LESS than 2 years ago! Has broke down *Twice & She has *Full WARRANTY! Left her on side of Road & Had it towed to Dealer! Couldn’t get a *Loaner till after the weekend!! Out of Pocket Cost for a FULL TIME STUDENT! Not Sooo Great Customer Service By The *SERVICE MANAGER & *MANAGER MIKE SAYS He left me Message .. **haha!! Nope!!!! NEVER Received a Call!!*****I Would Never EXPECT THIS FROM BMW BAKERSFIELD!! SHAME ON YOUUUU!!! ONLY GREAT EXPERIENCE WAS THE SALESMAN WHO SOLD HER IT!!

Fraudulent activity
I purchased a car from here a week ago. I am out of state so I was sure to ask all the important questions for my must have options. I have everything in writing via text but when I received the car after additional shipping charges. It was missing a 10k option I specifically asked about. Once I emailed Mike Udall I was spoken to in such a degrading manner and he refused to even see all the evidence I had with the false promises. After several request for his supervisors contact email he responded this sale is final

Bought a used M240 from them at the end of January 2021. It's now June 06, 2021 and I still have not received the title for the car so I cannot register it in my state. (I wired full payment in cash for it.) They keep promising me they have done what they can, and you would think as a BMW dealer they would know how to get a title to me. In the meantime I get to drive the car illegally and hope I don't get pulled over. Hopefully someone at BMW will see this and help them get their act together.
