    Couldn't have asked for a better overall experience for buying a BMW. Brad Schultz, my client advisor, was beyond outstanding. He was highly knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, and gave clear, transparent answers to any questions I had. He truly went above and beyond. It was my first BMW purchase, along with my first Certified Pre-Owned experience. The drive from Cleveland, Ohio wasn't short, but I'd gladly make the 3-hour trip again to do business with BMW of Cincinnati North. Outstanding.

    Service department was professional and courteous. Delivered what was promised and on time nonetheless. I was offered a gift card for breakfast at First Watch while I waited which was very nice and wholly unexpected. Great customer service!

    I was looking for a new BMW X5. I looked around at several dealers. I went into BMW of Cincinnati North and was impressed by Jason Maudlin. He was very upfront and easy to talk to. In addition the dealership worked very hard to get my business. Some of the other dealerships I visited did not make me feel this way. Would highly recommend Jason and BMW of Cincinnati North.

    As with my previous experiences with the dealership, it was professional, friendly, courteous, and efficient. I feel that I receive quality service and I am treated honestly and fairly and provided with all essential information. I also very much appreciate the service loaner vehicles, in this particular case as well as others, as being clean and contain many options.

    Wow! I am currently driving a new 2017 X5 from BMW of Cincinnati North. This is my third BMW from this dealership. In the past, I purchased an X3; most recently, I have leased two X5s. I love the X5! It???s the perfect size for my needs. I rely on the safety features as well as the vehicle???s outstanding performance. The look and size of the car has kept me coming back to it. While the car is outstanding, the primary reason I return to this dealership is working with Clay Moorhead, Internet Sales Manager. I found Clay to be friendly, knowledgeable and honest in his dealings with me. He has great patience, as I tend to ask a lot of questions. Clay spent a good deal of time with me when I bought my first X3. When I was ready for the next step up, Clay guided me through my options. I took a loaner X5 for the weekend and was sold on it! Clay is more than a sales manager to me, he???s become a trusted friend. I will continue to work with him in the future. My brother has also purchased 2 BMWs from Clay ??? we think he???s great! I also want to give a ???shout out??? to all the staff I encounter when I am at the dealership. Everyone in the service department is very polite and friendly. The two Chris???s in the department are welcoming and personable. The customer service is outstanding. Thanks guys! I appreciate all you do. I am a very satisfied and loyal customer. - Edna Koptish
