    I recently purchased a 2015 Certified lexus IS 250 with Edmond Carlock. I had been shopping for a car for about a month. I had no idea what kind of car... I was looking for or what it meant to purchase a certified vehicle. I felt so confused and lost. The sales representative that I have met in the past were fast talkers. I felt like they were all trying to fool me. However, Ed took the time to review all of the great things that came with certification and clarified ALL of my many questions. He is friendly, professional and easy to speak to. I came back about 3 times to look at the vehicle. He again addressed all of my concerns, let me inspect the vehicle as much as I wanted and reassured me each time. All I can say is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have never purchased a Lexus in the past. My vehicle runs great and I am happy to have a reliable car. I would absolutely do business here again !

    I was in the market to buy a new 2017 ES 350. I checked the price of the car, with the options I wanted, at three other Lexus dealers in Central NJ. (Just... to see if I was getting a good deal here). If you want to save yourself time and money, visit Lexus of Bridgewater. From the moment I walked into the dealership and met with Edmond Carlock (Sales Consultant), I knew I was going to buy the car I wanted. This has been the best car buying experience I had. Ed did not play any games, and showed me a car that I saw on their internet site. Ed is a very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and professional sales consultant. He did not pressure me into anything I did not want. He treated me with the utmost respect. He made me feel like family. Frank Tesoriero (Sales Manager) was very helpful in the price negotiations, he came very close to meeting my offer, and the deal was completed with little stress The car had to be located from another Lexus dealer. They told me it would take two days for the car to be transported to Bridgewater. During that time, I had spoken to Michael Sarullo (Sales Manager) who gave me updates on when the car will arrive. Everything worked out great. I am thankful to him for keeping me informed. The Finance Manager, Joelle Heller, was friendly, polite, efficient, organized and professional. She explained every form, in detail, that I had to sign, and answered all of my questions in a quick manner. She did not pressure me into any options I did not want. The transaction went quick and smooth, I was out of there in 45 min. When the car was delivered to me, Ed took the time, and answered all my questions about the car. Before you buy or lease your next new Lexus, or any other good used car, call Ed, and I'm sure he will give you the best deal and experience than any other dealer in NJ. In the future, when buying my next car, I will see Edmond first, to save me time and aggravation. Highly recommended Lexus car dealer.

    Excellent experience. Sales person Candie was great and we had a very positive buying process. The finance guy was also great, he did his job in up selling... services and warranty insurance, in which we turned down. No secondary pressure was applied. Delivery was on time and the car was detailed to as new condition. Candie should us how to work the cars many buttons and gaggets than rode off into the sunset very happy. I will do business with Candie again.

    The sales agent I'm speaking with makes us eel like he really doesn't want to work with us. This is the second time at this dealership it happened. So... we will go to another Lexus dealer that will appreciate our business

    I just purchased a new Lexus RX350 from Lexus of Bridgewater. The overall purchasing experience was excellent. My salesperson was able to find a car... with the options I wanted and spent the time necessary to assure that I was comfortable and happy with my choice. The transaction of trading in my old car and purchasing the new one at the price I had determined appropriate based on my prior research was effortless.

    Lexus of Bridgewater, NJ is consistently the best place for price, selection, service and most of all a great Staff!!! I have dealt with several other... Lexus Dealerships for sales, service and shopping and although they were all very good, LOB is clearly the BEST. My oldest Son agrees which says a lot because we have bought LITERALLY DOZENS of cars EACH in our lifetimes. I have bought both CPO's and new ES350's and IS300's from LOB. Each experience was better than the last!

    I entered the dealership, Lexus of Bridgewater on a whim, telling my husband I’m not buying a car...just looking. Our salesman Barry D. was gracious, knowledgeable... and had a great sense of humor. Not the overly aggressive individual who tries to sell you everything from soup to nuts. I appreciated his honesty, integrity, and down to earth approach. So did I buy the car? Yes, a 2016 Nx200t. An SUV, which, is a pleasure to drive, great ride, accouterments, and that luxury, feel. Lexus of Bridgewater and, Lexus USA should be proud to have a salesperson with Barry’s aplomb. He's a keeper. If you are looking for a organization that cares about its cliental go to Lexus of Bridgewater for your next car. You won't be disappointed.

    2016 is300: This car looks and drives amazing. Excellent buying experience all the way around. I had this deal put together over the phone, effortlessly... and Edmond went above and beyond and was awesome the whole time through. He wrapped everything up as soon as we got to the dealership and had us in and out in no time. I'll never buy from another dealer again. If you want the best service, at the best price, then go to Bridgewater and ask for Edmond!
