Where do I start they dont answer any of my calls or emails to the financial department. I missed my gap claim time and I am left with a 8,000 bill with... my loan company. Mind you this was last year when I got into my accident. And have been on going between gap and dch. They never cancelled my gap insurance or service warranty. Refuse to give me anymore information that they would have. And again can not get any contact form them.Yesterday I saw eyewitness news 7 did a segment about them with a customer having a similar problem. I am to the point where I will be contacting every outlet and department regarding them.
DO NOT BUY HERE. I bought my car here over two months ago. There was supposed to be a pay off of my old car loan, which still has not been taken care of.... I have called and gone in person to speak to someone numerous times and nothing has been resolved. When you call, either no one answers, you are redirected directly to voicemail, or on the slight chance you do get a hold of someone, you never get the follow-up they "promise". It has been nothing but a nightmare since my purchase. This was my first experience purchasing a brand new vehicle and I am beginning to regret it. This dealership clearly does not value customer service or their reputation.
I searched several dealerships and I was given the exact car I was looking for at a great price. If you go to Brad Benson for a car- Ask for Ali G. He... went out of his way to make sure I had the car I was looking for at a price I could afford. He won't let you down!
DCN failed to live up to their promise to pay Hyundai Motor Finance for the mileage charge on my just turned in leased car. The sales manager wrote it... into the contract and signed it and still they won't acknowledge it or return my repeated phone calls. The sale was on Sept 1st 2018 on after six weeks, nothing from DCN.. Stay away, if you can... There are a lot of dealers that want your business
Tried to change agreed-upon paperwork. We agreed to a 8% interest rate and when the paperwork was done they had changed the interest-rate to 10%
hello fellow facebook friends. for the past few months i have been keeping everyone updated/sharing what i’m going through with my dealership. as... everyone knows, i bought my car, certified preowned in February. Just TWO WEEKS after getting it, my coils went. I fixed them, and then about two weeks later, they blew again. I brought my car to my dealership and they fixed it. About a month later, it happened AGAIN. This time, I had to get it towed there and not only was it the coils, but the fuel line as well. Shortly after this, my spark plugs were bad as well (Not sure why they weren’t changed at the time the coils were???) Anyways, after constantly driving up to my dealership every two weeks and CONSTANTLY telling them I think there is a deeper issue than just the coils, they told me my car is fine. I told them for months that it’s been sputtering and jerking forward, I told them MANY times I think it’s the transmission. Eventually, they had me leave it over night so they can look at it. The next day, they told me there is nothing wrong with it, it’s running PERFECTLY fine. I drove home and I felt it sputter and jerk constantly. I called them right back and told them AGAIN (This has been going on for months, literally since two weeks after I got the car I told them there is something wrong with it) Not to mention the 16 times in a day I called them saying there is something wrong with my car. I never got an answer, a call back or any help. They havent returned my emails (STILL). So, I brought it again and left it for two weeks before hearing anything. Then, they called me and told me it’s my entire transmission that is bad. My first thought was; “it took them TWO WEEKS to figure that out? when they had JUST told me it’s running perfectly fine? How can a car that I had just bought a few months before have a bad trans!!?!” Another two weeks went by with no contact from them. I got a phone call about a week ago, saying that it’s the trans and I would have to pay for a new one. As you all can probably imagine, I LOST my mind. How on EARTH do they want me to pay for a new trans on a car I drove, to and from work/school, for only 5 months!!?? How do they expect a 19 year old, college student to come up with that money when I’ve been telling them for FIVE MONTHS that there is something wrong with it (each time they assured me it’s running perfect). By this time, I am sitting in tears and shaking, because I don’t know what I’m going to do. I work two jobs and attend college and am barley making it as it and now I have to come up with this type of money??? I was freaking out. They told me I have about five minutes to tell them yes or no because Hyundai was going to take back the “offer” they had made me. Thankfully, my mom ALWAYS has my back and let me borrow the money (Eternally grateful). I have never experienced anything as awful as this dealership. How do they sleep with themselves at night??? This is not the first, second, third OR even fourth time I am complaining about the horrible people at this dealership. They knowingly sold me a lemon car that I am PETRIFIED to drive, not to mention I drive LITTLE CHILDREN every single day. They didn’t even give me the money back from the insurance and car payment (400$) from the month my car sat at their shop. Not only that, but after driving my car for MILES AND MILES, they returned it with NO gas and now am i am many miles over due for an oil change. I am heartbroken. I am asking everyone to PLEASE SHARE AND READ THIS SO EVERYONE CAN KNOW ABOUT THE HORRIBLE, EVIL, CORRUPT, CHEATING PEOPLE THAT WORK AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
We were hooked by the price online- $699 for a 15 year old, 157K Sante Fe. We looked at it on Monday night- but the dealership was crazy busy. The let... my husband drive it around the parking lot- seemed fine. The body had some rust, there was a ding on the windshield, the passenger side windshield wiper fluid was missing the spray port. But for the price we could handle those things. So today we went with the intention of buying it. I expected taxes and fees BUT the price was now $3600 with all the extra costs. Total scam. I will admit i missed the fine print on the website that said a $750 used car fee. But all the other "fees" unbelievable.
We had a great time buying my father’s car Freddie and his staff did a wonderful time getting my dad the truck he needed and could afford We highly... recommend both DCN Hyundai and Freddie Grippo
Prior leasee of 7 hyundai My last one with DCN HYUNDAI I was lied to by Joe Stanzione? Upon receipt of a bill from Hyundai I call salesman Joe Stanzione... and wanted to discuss the issue. Mr Stanzione got so unprofessional and told me to take it up with the sales managemmt Jose Blanco This happen happen in April 2018. I visited DCN Hyundai so that I can speak to Mr Blanco. Upon entering the dealership I saw Mr Stanzione walk by, he smirked and walked away. I spoke briefly to explain my situation on the bill and the professionalism of Mr Stanzione. Mr Blanco stated he understood and will make it right, because he has had issues against Mr Stanzione. Before I left he assured me this matter will be corrected. I visited the dealership 4 times and he was not available.i called him and left message at least 12 times and I called and the phone not answered at time. I know they screen their calls because whenever they answer my call , they had greeted my calls with Good morning Mr Perez. I even called the 800 complaint number (Cameron complaint #11270962). they even called Mr Blanco and let a message and Mr Blanco never returned his call. I presently have 2 outstanding leases and I will NEVER EVER lease another Hyundai. And I dot love the Hyundai car but never ever lease any more. Customer service is a big part of a business and don't cost anything but time and understanding DCN HYUNDAI HAS VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONLISM STAY AWAY
Ive been trying to get into contact wrcmy dealership for a few days. 16 calls and EVERY SINGLE TIME, i have not spoken to a person (besides the receptionist... forwarding my calls to the service dept) My car, which i had only bought in January, has a bad engine. I’ve taken it to another Hyundai dealership and the mechanics there told me it has low compression in the cylinders. Not only that, but it is SMOKING AND MAKING LOUD NOISES. THIS IS BEYOND DANGEROUS AND I HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANYONE FROM MY DEALERSHIP TO HELP ME OR EVEN ANSWER MY CALLS. I am beyond angry and quiet frankly in danger when I have to drive my car. My car is under warranty (12k miles) because the dealership had put a new engine in it when i bought it. They are trying to jerk me around until my warranty is up. I’ve brought my car there NUMEROUS times, telling them about the low compression, they only changed the coils and spark plugs, WHICH HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE COMPRESSION!!! I’m at a loss of words and don’t know what to do because they won’t even answer my calls. I’ve called just a few minutes ago and they LITERALLY hung up on me, TWICE. When I called again, a man answered and before I could say anything he said “Mrs Santora did you get through to service” SO CLEARLY THEY KNOW I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL IF THEY KNOW MY NUMBER. Does anyone have ANY advice they could suggest? I need my car to get to work and can’t have it blow up as i’m driving it!!!! I called LAST WEEK for a loaner car and they aren’t doing ANYTHING TO HELP ME!!! I am 19 years old and these people are treating me like a chew toy.
