Daniel was great to work with. We were looking to purchase a truck from Bland's Truck and Car Sales and had made a deposit. Due to some unforeseen expenses we had to back out of the transaction. Bland's Truck and Daniel were understanding and returned our deposit with no hesitation. We definitely plan to work with them as soon as we are ready to make a purchase.

The sales person who promptly contacted me, Mike, was professional, courteous, and answered my numerous questions with patience. Most importantly i didn't feel he was pushy or pressuring.

We traded in our old vehicle to Blands. They gave us more money than any other dealership we visited. We also were able to purchase our new vehicle at an excellent price as well. After owning the car for a few days we were at Lowes shopping. When we were ready to leave the car would not start. We called Blands and they came out within 20 minutes from the call. We had left some chargers on and it had drained the battery. Blands jumped started our car and had us follow them back to their shop. They ran a test on the battery and found it was going bad. They put a new one in while we waited. My wife and I were amazed that from the time we called until the time we had a new battery was less than an hour. What we really liked was the way we were treated through this whole process. They genuinely cared about us after the sale! It was great expereince dealing with a company that cares about their customers.

We purchased a Subaru Impreza 2012 from Bland?s in Bloomington IN. Mike at Bland?s is very helpful and professional, the paper work was done on time and the car is in very good condition, like new. We are very happy with our purchase, thank you. We highly recommend Bland?s, great experience ever.

I really liked Bland Auto! We bought a truck from them in 2011 that we really like. However, this time when I emailed interest in a VW Jetta, I did not get a reply! I hope it was because the car sold, but I feel I should have been contacted. I won't give up on Bland because I support purchasing locally. Their cars are attractive and high quality.
