I looked for a long time for the best SUV for me. I always returned to the Defender. Josh worked with me in October and I bought in February. He took time to explain all the features and bells. Very knowledgable, engaging and I am glad he is my sales guy. Bluff City is always pristine, smells great and exactly reflecting the Land Rover Jaguar brand. I have been in retail for a long time selling flowers and events - I expect a lot. Josh and Bluff City exceeded my expectations.

That said, there were a few moments where engagement could have been stronger, which is the reason for four stars instead of five. Nothing major—just opportunities to improve consistency and communication. Overall, this is a dependable dealership, and I would recommend Jaguar Land Rover Bluff City to others, especially those who value a courteous staff and a premium environment. With a bit more attention to initial connections with customers, this could easily be a five-star experience.
