I finally was able to reach a sales person and was advised the car ZI called about had blown the engine. So I asked about another Buick and something was wrong with that one I think this is mighty strange and was not impressed with there deslership

We are sorry to hear about your experience. We aren't sure how this come about being able to reach a sales staff. We have several options of contact. And about the repairs. We buy and sell used cars. So with that being said , sometimes they have things that have to be fixed and addressed before they are sold . We do our best to get these vehicles out as fast as we can . We have been in business for over 50 years and take pride in our customer service.

Great customer service and prices.

Great customer service and prices. I bought my Jeep in September and it only had one key so I’d been putting off getting another due to the expense but to my surprise two spare keys showed up in the mail. They could have easily just tossed them but instead took the time to mail them to me. I think that demonstrates the honesty and integrity of their service. I will most definitely buy from them again. It was an easy and stress free experience.

WHY I WON'T EVER TRADE WITH LOWERY MOTORS IN BOAZ AGAIN.

WHY I WON'T EVER TRADE WITH LOWERY MOTORS IN BOAZ AGAIN. LET me tell you about my dealings with them. one October 7th, I traded in my 2022 Ram truck for a GMC truck as i needed a bigger truck to pull my camper. before I went there on a peice of paper, I wrote down all important information they.would need including the name of the firm that financed my Ram, the loan number, contact information and a 10 Day PAYOFF AMOUT ON MY TADE OF $50,331.92. The deal went smoothly, sugar would melt in their mouth. they did finance me with much higher interest rate then a person with a FICA score of 830 should pay. they get a kick back on financing. another way they soak you. Sometime during the week of October 14th, the ten day payoff I gave them is about to expire, they called me and told me they needed the pay off amount on my truck . and the lender would not give them the information THEY LIED. I told them I was on vacation and couldn't help them as I don't carry my financial files on vacation. Do you? I also told them I had furnished them all that information when I traded with them. then on 10/21 I noticed my bank was that night make another truck payment on a truck that I no longer owned. I had traded it 15 days ago. I called the dealership and they said they were in the process of paying it off even as we were talking. they LIED AGAIN. if the financial institution would not give them the pay off as they stated on 10/14, who gave them the new payoff amout of $49,540.92 ? I didn't plus they lied as the truck was not paid off until 10/24. I waited for a couple of weeks and called The lender and inquired about my extra payment. they said it had been applied to the loan. so I went to Lowery Brothers and told them I needed my $859.92. the person I talked to took my notes up stairs to the business office. in a few minutes MISS PERSONALITY CAME DOWN WITH A CHECK FOR $800, NOT $859.92. SHE SAID THAT WAS ALL I WAS GETTING AND WOULDN'T ARGUE ABOUT IT. THE DISCUSSION GOT HEATED BUT NO PROFANTY WAS USED. SHE DID TELL ME SHE WOULD CALL THE POLICE AND HAVE ME REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY. I TOLD HER THAT WOULDN'T BE NECESSARY AS I WOULD BE LEAVING AND WOULD NEVER BE BACK. I DID TELL HER I WOULD GET A LAWYER IN THE HEAT OF THE MOMENT. THAT WON'T BE NECESSAY. I will just tell my story how they rip people. you see I was going to buy an extended warranty on my truck from them and my wife was trying to get a small suv from them. this will not happen now. that's about $5000 out of there pocket. and can assure you my Facebook post will cost them more. I can't help but wonder how long it would be before they would contact me and tell me they owe me money. I bet they never would. and how many other people they have pulled this on and didn't get caught. Miss PERSONALITY also told me she recorded the phone conversation without my knowledge while I was on vacation. isn't this against the law? I think a Federal offense. also since she changed the amounts of money on the sales contract after the sale doesn't that make the contract null and Void and a new one needs to be drawn up. and AGAIN Miss PERSONALITY needs to go back to Charm School.
