I bought a 2014 Ford Explorer here a week ago. I had a good experience here with Leiton. He did everything he could to make sure that I walked out of there with the car I wanted. They changed the brakes and did an oil change for me before giving me the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle.

GM/owner stated vehicle was in "excellent" condition and would replace brakes with an oil change prior to picking up vehicle. Picked up vehicle 2 days later and was assured brakes and oil change were done by another salesperson. Two days later, after hearing brake noises, returned to dealer and was told "new" brakes would be put on and have oil changed by GM/owner. After 7 hours waiting for 1 mechanic to work on 1 vehicle before mine on a vehicle that was "scheduled" to be sold, I got my car back only to find out that it was done incorrectly and had to leave the car overnight because the mechanic didn't check to see that he did it wrong and had left for the night. Found out from another dealer that the brakes were done with parts missing causing more noise, oil is leaking from drain plug washer with oil getting all over the underbody and all four rims are bent. Not to mention the belts and tension pulleys needing to be replaced. Contacted GM/owner and was "told warranty didn't cover repairs and should have had car inspected before leaving the lot." Vehicle had less than 600 miles and 30 days since being taken off lot. Most of that mileage was due to returning to dealer at least 4 times. Buyer beware!!!! Don't fall for the shady dealer that says everything is great at Buy Right and you drive off the lot with the wrong buy !!! Don't know how a decent salesperson can work for such a lying and shady GM/owner. Vehicle purchased 10/09/2017
