I have been a loyal Customer to this dealership for the past 8+ years have purchased plenty of vehicles with them and have referred friends and family to them as well and never had in issue , until this time around. We went in do to the fact that our lease is almost up and they kept calling and emailing us to go in, The person I spoke to Chelsea I specifically told her that I still had a few months left and was in no hurry to return my lease a few months early because we were still debating weather we were going to buy it out or get into another lease ,but she convinced us to come in and check out our options in which we did , and it ended up being the absolute worse experience that I ever had right from the moment we sat down, the sales person Anthony was not really listening to what we were telling him and then he went to go get the sales manager Joshua Melo and that man was a complete joke, he was telling me what I should be doing with my lease and that I should not buy it out and he was trying to get me into the same car I currently lease but a basic model when I specifically told him and the sales person what I was looking for if I were going to get into anything else. To the point I told him yes it is a newer version of my current car but had nothing like my car has now and he pretty much insulted me and said well we can install a sunroof and we have plenty of black bow tie emblems hanging around that we can just put on it , mind you I have the midnight edition of my car and it has more features than his sarcastic remarks that he had mentioned in the vechile he wanted me to get into, I told him after that Im all done that I only came in because they kept calling and emailing me , and that I had told Chelsea I was in no hurry to get out of my current lease. They never even tried to.negoticate or anything for the vechile I was looking at and they kept telling me fianceing a car is the exact same thing as a leasing a car that there's no difference, I was so sick of being told what I should do and the type of car they wanted me in that I just want my keys back in which they were holding hostage to the point I had to raise my voice alittle for them to go get them. If this is the way they treat loyal and returning customers ,I would hate to see how the treat first time buyers. Needless to say I will not be returning my lease vechile to them , I will be going to another Chevrolet dealership in which your aloud to do and I will NEVER purchase or recommend this dealership to anyone else, Not sure what happened to this place but they just lost a very loyal customer and you have Joshua Melo & Anthony to thank for this.

Bought a 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500, radio ,screen goes black,dead, on by itself , don't know when it will work , haven't put 1k on it , what a piece of junk, get more xxxxxxxx, as you go, everything is fast, ya my fault ,dealers all looking for the $$$ screw the buyer, screen don't stay off ,so bring it to dealer ,what will they do,tell you it's working, discussed with people ,
