Would highly recommend this dealer. Honest salesman and great deals. New car guys were $2000 more. Found a one owner Enclave with only 38000 miles and... is in perfect condition. Thank you What A Deal Motors
My son totaled his car on ice on I-69. He was in a pinch because he had to get to clinicians for school and to work. He found a car that appeared to... be clean and had been well maintained. While driving the day after purchase, a brake caliper ceased up. He took it in for repairs costing over $1000 - a costly repair for a full time student and full time worker. The repair shop said there was no pads on the brakes! Even after the $1000 repair, it will now Torque Steer if driven over 40 MPH. It is obvious that "What a Deal Motors" has some degree of incompetence and care little about the safety for the buyers of their vehicles. I understand it is an old used car. However, competent dealerships actually do checks on their vehicles before selling them. If they had done a check, they would have realized there was no pads on the brakes and if they cared for the future owners safety they would have fixed the brakes. So they either don't care enough to check or don't care enough fix. "Buyer Beware!" should be the motto on the front door of "What a Scam Motors". There is a reason they don't even give a 30 day 300 mile warranty - because it is highly likely their vehicles won't make it that long. This is the stereotypical used car dealership that everyone fears. They take advantage of the unsuspecting trusting car buyers. You just cannot trust people anymore. Lesson learned - only by used cars from used car lots of real car dealerships . Run from this dealership like you would from the black plague. You will be glad you did.
My family and I have bought 5 vehicles from this dealer and every one has been in great shape and met our needs exactly! The service has always been great... and the cars are always ready to go with no hidden problems. I would highly recommend this dealership as well as the salesman that took care of me this time, Dave.
THE RATING SAYS 1 STAR BUT ITS ACTUALLY A ZERO. I only give this place 1 star because im required to in order to write this review. First of all I want... to start by saying these guys are xxxxing crooks. Scott the owner is the most dishonest person I've ever dealt with when buying a vehicle. I've encountered more scammers on craigslist who dont lie as much as this guy. His employees have no idea about the cars they are selling. You ask them a general question about the vehicle and they have no idea. None of my questions were answered with anything but "oh I dont know about that". They will absolutely not come down on their price and wont even negotiate. All they do is lie to get you to buy. I went ahead and bought the truck anyway due to it being a one owner and having really low miles for the year and it was priced pretty good. Less than 18 hours later I'm broke down on the side of the highway. When I called the dealership they said "sorry what do you want me to do?" "That's why you buy a warranty" I understand that, but needing to use my warranty less than 24 hours from the time I drove off their lot is xxxxing crazy. And some warranties require a minimum of 500 miles driven before they cover repairs like kind does. I didnt even get to drive mine 70 miles. He told me on the phone he personally drove the vehicle about 60 miles and had no issues. Then 3 days later his story changed to I drove it 199 miles home from Michigan. Failed to mention that to me the first time I asked. Also the truck has only the mykey which records miles driven using that key. It only has 23 miles on it when I got the truck. I was told there was only one key that came with the truck. For those of you who are familiar with ford keys, you have to have an admin key in order to re-program a mykey and or reset it. It's used to monitor drivers and ensure safe driving such as limiting radio volume, limiting max speed of the vehicle to 80mph, muting of the radio unless seatbelt is buckled. Those kinds of things. Well, if the only key they had was a mykey then how could he have drove it 199 miles but the key only says 23 miles? Either he kept a key for whatever reason or hes flat out full of xxxx. I have to have Ford make me another key because it takes two to reset the mykey. Plus his story changed 3 days later. He making xxxx up. Trying to cover his xxx but he was caught so he just got an attitude and was not compassionate at all about the situation. He was not even willing to help with the repairs or anything. It ends up being an ignition and fuel delivery issue. I will NEVER buy from this STEALERSHIP again. They will lie and cheat you. They are deceitful and they try to hide problems like rust with spray foam and a xxxxty bondo job. I strongly urge every one of you to stay clear of these criminals and shop somewhere else. Please pass this on to everyone you know and hopefully you wont be in the same situation I am. They do not care about anything but your money. It's a good thing my kids weren't with me when I broke down. BUYERS BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS.

Honestly the only dealer I would ever go way out of my way to purchase a car from. Miles who sold me my car was the most helpful and genuine car salesman... I have ever met. The customer service was second to none. The buying process was easy and great. No one can compare to their prices, customer service, or reliability. I drove 10 hours to look at a car on their lot and was not disappointed. I would drive another 10 hours to buy another car from them in a heartbeat. This is not your run of the mill used car dealer and will work with you every step of the way. If you go their to check out a vehicle ask for miles and he will provide you with unparalleled customer service and assistance.
100% satisfied with my experience dealing with What A Deal Motors! I purchased a 2014 Dodge Challenger recently. I had the pleasure of dealing with Steve... Kaiser. It was great working out a deal with him. I was not pressured at all to make a purchase. He worked with me on a fair price. I was able to test drive the vehicle and made an offer. He worked with me while my financing came through. Very easy to work with. The weather was pretty bad the day I went to pick up the car, the roads were slick from the snow and ice. My teenage son was scared to drive my other vehicle back to Lafayette. Steve was kind enough to allow me to park the car around back and come and pick it up when the roads were safer for him to drive on. They also had the car sitting inside all cleaned up and out of the elements. I'd have to say it was the best car buying experience off a car lot that I've had. I'll definitely check their 1st when I decide to purchase another vehicle. I'll also recommend What A Deal Motors to family, friends, and coworkers. I'm extremely satisfied with my car purchase from this dealership!!!
Didn't feel pressured at all. Nice to work with. Vehicle was nice and clean. Easy to get to the car lot. Glad we took the drive to check things out.
I have been searching for a Ford Flex (limited) for over two years. I decided to search all over the country for the car my wife and I wanted. We found... a 2013 Flex Limited with low miles, one owner in Kokomo Indiana in August (2015). I called the dealership and Mr. Henderson called me back immediately telling me how nice the car is and they are willing to make me a good deal. My wife and I drove from Johnson City, TN to Kokomo Indiana late on a Friday night, got a nice hotel and purchased the car the next day. This dealership is great and I want to personally thank Mr. Henderson for being so nice and making this transaction go as smooth as possible.
Bill was great. Very personable. Transaction was smooth. No hassle at all. Thanks much!!!
