    Assistant Service Manager Joe Vidrio is exceptional he is the main reason I keep bring my cars to Moss Bros. Toyota in Moreno Valley. Joe is always prompt, knowledgeable and eager to make my visit to the dealership's service department quick and enjoyable. He always recommends service that may be needed for my cars which I appreciate that is why my cars have lasted so long without problems.

    The service was good. I do not like the waiting area. The waiting area was remodeled last year and ever since then, I do not like using it. First of all, you removed the area in which there were tables and electrical outlets. This area was perfect because I bring work with me that I can do while waiting for my car. I could plug my laptop into the outlet, sit at a table and do my work. Now, that room has been removed and everyone has to sit in the waiting with a big screen T.V. blaring. The choice of television channel on the T.V. is TERRIBLE. Not everyone wants to watch Jerry Springer or similar shows. I miss the old waiting area where I could get some work done. I tried doing my work in the area in front of the T.V. but it was way too distracting. Is there anyway possible to have a quiet place where people could not have to be in front of the T.V.?
